Description
Claims (19)
- 入力高周波信号に対して電力増幅した信号を出力する増幅器と、前記増幅器で検出された高周波電力を示すデジタル信号を出力する測定器とを備える装置を複数有する装置セットを較正する方法であって、
高周波電磁波の帯域幅内の周波数セットから周波数を選択し、
高周波電磁波の位相値セットから位相値を選択し、
電力レベルセットから電力レベルを選択し、
選択された周波数、選択された位相値および選択された電力レベルの高周波信号を出力するように前記装置セットのうちの1つの装置を設定し、
前記高周波信号を出力している前記1つの装置の順方向電力レベルを測定し、
前記高周波信号を出力していない前記1つの装置とは異なる他の装置の逆方向電力レベルを測定し、
装置セットのそれぞれの装置の測定器からのデジタル信号出力を較正するために、順方向および逆方向電力レベルの測定値を処理し、
較正されたデジタル信号出力を不揮発性メモリに符号化する、
装置セットのそれぞれの装置の測定器からのデジタル信号出力を較正する方法。 - 装置セットのうちの少なくとも1つの装置から出力される出力高周波信号が装置セットの他の全ての装置に向けられるように、装置セットを構成する初期ステップをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 装置セットは、2つの高出力増幅器を含む、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記電力レベルセットの各電力レベルについて設定ステップおよび測定ステップを繰り返すステップをさらに含む、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記位相値セットの各位相値に対して前記設定および測定ステップを繰り返すステップをさらに含む、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記周波数セットの各周波数について前記設定及び測定ステップを繰り返すステップをさらに含む、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 位相値を選択するステップは、可変位相負荷を提供するために、ベクトルネットワークアナライザにより測定された電気的長さのケーブルを構成することを含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記電力レベルセットが、54dBm、51dBm、および45dBmである、
請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 周波数セットが2401MHz、2440MHzおよび2482MHzである、
請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 測定値の処理は、装置セットのそれぞれの測定器のデジタル信号が電力測定値に変換された値を出力するように、較正係数セットを生成する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 電磁調理装置であって、
閉じられたキャビティと、
前記閉じられたキャビティ内に電磁放射線を導入することによって食品を加熱して加工する、前記閉じられたキャビティ内の高周波供給部セットと、
前記高周波供給部セットに結合された複数の高出力RF増幅器セットと、
前記電磁調理装置を較正する制御部と、を備え、
前記複数の高出力RF増幅器セットの各高出力増幅器は、入力高周波信号に関して電力において増幅された信号を出力する増幅器と、前記増幅器で検出された高周波電力を示すデジタル信号を出力する測定器と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
高周波電磁波の帯域幅内の周波数セットから周波数を選択し、
高周波電磁波の位相値セットから位相値を選択し、
電力レベルセットから電力レベルを選択し、
選択された周波数、選択された位相値および選択された電力レベルの高周波信号を出力するように、高出力RF増幅器セットのうちの1つの増幅器を設定することにより、前記電磁調理装置を較正し、
前記制御部は、
高周波数信号を出力している高出力RF増幅器セットのうちの1つの増幅器に対する順方向電力レベルの測定値と、
高周波信号を出力していない高出力RF増幅器セットのうちの1つの増幅器とは異なる他の増幅器に対する逆方向電力レベルの測定値と、
を電力計から受信するようにさらに構成され、
前記制御部は、前記高出力RF増幅器セットのそれぞれの前記測定器からの前記デジタル信号出力を較正し、前記較正されたデジタル信号出力を不揮発性メモリに符号化するために、前記順方向および逆方向電力レベルの測定値を処理するようにさらに構成されている、
電磁調理装置。 - 前記高出力RF増幅器セットは、前記高出力RF増幅器の各機器からの出力高周波信号が高出力RF増幅器セットの他の全ての機器に向けられるように構成される、
請求項11に記載の電磁調理装置。 - 前記高出力増幅器セットは2つの高出力増幅器を含む、
請求項11または12に記載の電磁調理装置。 - プロセッサが、前記電力レベルセットにおける各電力レベルについて設定および測定を繰り返し行うように、さらに構成されている、
請求項11または12に記載の電磁調理装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記位相値セットの各位相値について設定および測定を繰り返し行うように、さらに構成されている、
請求項14に記載の電磁調理装置。 - 前記プロセッサはさらに、前記周波数セットの各周波数について設定および測定を繰り返し行うように、さらに構成されている。
請求項15に記載の電磁調理装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、54dBm、51dBm及び45dBmを含む電力レベルセットから電力レベルを選択する、
請求項14に記載の電磁調理装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、2401MHz、2440MHz及び2482MHzを含む周波数セットから周波数を選択する、
請求項14に記載の電磁調理装置。 - プロセッサは、各高出力増幅器の測定器のデジタル信号が電力測定値に変換可能な値を出力するような較正係数セットを生成するために測定値を処理する、
