Description
この出願は、全ての目的に対してその全体が引用により本明細書に組み込まれる2012年12月31日出願の「GAS TURBINE LOAD CONTROL SYSTEM」という名称の米国特許仮出願第61/747,962号に対する優先権及びその利益を主張するものである。
本発明の実施形態は、排気ガス再循環ガスタービンエンジンの負荷及び負荷除去を制御するためのシステム及び方法を提供する。上述の特徴のいずれか1つ又は組合せは、あらゆる適切な組合せで利用することができることに注意すべきである。勿論、そのような組合せの全ての置換が現在考えられている。一例として、以下の条項を本発明の開示の更に別の説明として提供する。
Claims (23)
- ガスタービンシステムであって、
排気ガスから生成される排気ガス希釈剤の存在下で圧縮酸化剤及び燃料を燃焼させて燃焼生成物を生成するように構成されたタービン燃焼器と、
前記タービン燃焼器に流体的に結合され、前記圧縮酸化剤を酸化剤流量で主酸化剤圧縮システムから前記タービン燃焼器に流すよう構成された酸化剤供給経路と、
前記燃焼生成物から仕事を抽出して前記排気ガスを発生させるように構成され、該仕事が該燃焼生成物から抽出されるときに前記ガスタービンシステムのシャフトを回転させるタービンと、
前記タービン燃焼器からの前記燃焼生成物から抽出された抽出燃焼生成物を受け、前記抽出燃焼生成物を排気ガス供給システムに差し向けるパージ流路であって、抽出燃焼生成物流量計が該パージ流路に沿って配置されているパージ流路と、
前記シャフトの回転に応じて電力を生成するように構成された発電機と、
コントローラを備え、
該コントローラが、
1又は2以上の命令セットを全体として格納する1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体と、1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスとを有し、
該プロセッシングデバイスが、
前記発電機に連結された電力計からの第1の測定値を含む、前記発電機の目標負荷を示すデータを受け、前記電力計からの第1の測定値は、タービン速度/負荷表示信号を示す出力情報を含み、さらに、
前記タービン燃焼器からの前記パージ流路に沿った抽出燃焼生成物の流量を示す、前記抽出燃焼生成物流量計からの第2の測定値を受け、
前記目標負荷および前記第2の測定値に基づき、一次負荷制御パラメータとしての前記酸化剤供給経路に沿った前記酸化剤流量を調節することによって負荷制御を行うように1又は2以上の命令セットを実行するように構成され、
前記酸化剤流量の調節が、前記タービン燃焼器内の燃焼パラメータを調節して前記シャフトの回転速度を変える、
ことを特徴とするガスタービンシステム。 - 前記酸化剤供給経路に沿って前記圧縮酸化剤を生成するように構成された前記主酸化剤圧縮システムの主酸化剤圧縮機を備え、
前記主酸化剤圧縮機が、前記圧縮酸化剤を生成する圧縮のために受け取られる酸化剤の量を調節するように構成された主酸化剤圧縮機入口ガイドベーンを備え、
前記1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスは、前記1又は2以上の命令セットを実行して前記入口ガイドベーンの位置を調節して前記酸化剤流量を調節するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - 前記タービン燃焼器に流体的に連結され、燃料流量で前記燃料を該タービン燃焼器に流すよう構成された燃料供給経路を備え、
前記1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスは、前記酸化剤流量が調節される前記負荷制御に応答して、前記1又は2以上の命令セットを実行し、前記燃料流量を調節するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - 前記1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスは、前記1又は2以上の命令セットを実行し、前記負荷制御を実施した後に当量比制御を実施するように構成され、該当量比制御は、前記酸化剤流量の前記調節に応答して前記燃料流量を調節し、前記タービン燃焼器における前記燃料及び前記酸化剤の当量比を目標当量比に調節する、
請求項3に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - 排気ガス再循環(EGR)システムを備え、
前記EGRシステムは、前記タービンから、前記排気ガス希釈剤を前記タービン燃焼器に供給するように構成された排気ガス圧縮機まで延びる排気リサイクルループに沿って前記排気ガスを循環させるように構成され、前記1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスは、前記1又は2以上の命令セットを実行し、前記当量比制御を実施した後に排気リサイクルループ圧力制御を実施するように構成され、該排気リサイクルループ圧力制御は、前記排気リサイクルループ内の前記排気ガスの圧力を制御するように構成されている、
請求項4に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - 前記1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスは、前記1又は2以上の命令セットを実行し、前記排気リサイクルループ圧力制御を実施した後に、タービン温度制御を実施するように構成され、該タービン温度制御は、前記排気リサイクルループ内の前記排気ガスの温度、タービンの入口温度、タービン燃焼器又はタービンの他の温度、またはそれらの組み合わせを含むタービン温度を制御するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - 前記タービンと前記排気ガス圧縮機の間の前記排気リサイクルループに沿って配置されたリサイクルブロアを備え、
前記タービン温度制御は、前記リサイクルブロアのベーン角度、前記排気ガス圧縮機の排気ガス圧縮機入口ガイドベーンの位置、又はこれらの組み合わせを調節し、前記排気リサイクルループ内の前記排気ガスの検出された圧力に応答し、また前記ガスタービンシステムの1または2以上の作動制限に関するフィードバックに応答し、またはこれらの両者に応答して前記タービン温度を調節する、
請求項6に記載のガスタービンシステム。 - ガスタービンシステムのための目標負荷を示す負荷表示を前記ガスタービンシステムの発電機に連結された電力計から受け、前記ガスタービンシステムのための目標負荷を示す負荷表示は電力計からの測定値を含み、前記電力計の測定値はタービン速度/負荷表示信号を示す出力情報を含み、さらに、
パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックを抽出燃焼生成物流量計から受け、前記パージ流は、前記ガスタービンシステムのタービン燃焼器からの抽出燃焼生成物を受けタービン燃焼器からの前記抽出燃焼生成物を前記ガスタービンシステムの排気ガス供給システムに差し向けるものであり、さらに、
前記目標負荷および前記パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックに関連した酸化剤流量を決定し、前記酸化剤流量は、主酸化剤圧縮システムから前記ガスタービンシステムのタービン燃焼器までの酸化剤供給経路に沿った圧縮酸化剤の流れに対応するものであり、さらに、
前記主酸化剤圧縮システムに前記圧縮酸化剤の前記流れを前記目標負荷および前記パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックに関連した前記酸化剤流量に調節させる、該主酸化剤圧縮システムへの入力用の1又は2以上の酸化剤流制御信号を生成し、
前記目標負荷および前記パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックに関連した前記酸化剤流量に基づいて、前記タービン燃焼器への燃料供給経路に沿った燃料の流れに対応する燃料流量を決定し、かつ
燃料流制御システムをして前記燃料の前記流れを調節させて前記タービン燃焼器内の排気ガス希釈剤の存在下で該燃料と前記酸化剤の間の目標当量比での燃焼を可能にするように構成された該燃料流制御システムに入力するための1又は2以上の燃料流制御信号を前記決定された燃料流量に基づき生成する、
ように1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスによって実行可能な1又は2以上の命令セットを全体として格納している1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記1又は2以上の酸化剤流制御信号は、前記主酸化剤圧縮システムの主酸化剤圧縮機の1又は2以上の主酸化剤圧縮機入口ガイドベーンを位置調節させるように構成されている、
請求項8に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記1又は2以上の燃料流制御信号は、前記燃料流制御システムの1又は2以上の燃料流制御弁の位置を変化させるように構成されている、
請求項8に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記1又は2以上の命令セットは、排気ガス再循環ループ圧力制御ルーチンを実施するように1つ又は2つ以上のプロセッシングデバイスによって実行可能であり、
前記排気ガス再循環ループ圧力制御ルーチンは、排気再循環経路を通って流れる排気ガスの圧力を、該排気ガスに関する目標圧力、または前記排気ガスの検出された圧力、または前記排気再循環経路を通って流れる該排気ガスの流量に関連するフィードバック、またはこれらの組み合わせに応答して制御するように構成され、
前記排気再循環経路は、前記ガスタービンシステムのタービンから前記排気ガス希釈剤を生成するように構成されたリサイクル圧縮機まで延びる、
請求項8に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記排気ガス再循環ループ圧力制御ルーチンは、前記タービン燃焼器からの排気ガス流を、排気パージ流を生成物ガスに圧縮するように構成された生成物圧縮機までの排気パージ流として、制御する段階を含む、
請求項11に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記排気ガス再循環ループ圧力制御ルーチンは、
排気パージ流経路から分かれるパージベント経路に沿って位置決めされたパージベント流制御装置、前記排気パージ流経路に沿って位置決めされた流れ制御装置またはこれらの両者を調整することによって、前記リサイクル圧縮機から前記生成物圧縮機まで延びる排気パージ流経路に沿った排気パージ流の流れを制御する段階を、含む、
請求項12に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記1又は2以上の命令セットは、タービン温度制御ルーチンを実施するように1つ又は2つ以上のプロセッシングデバイスによって実行可能であり、
前記タービン温度制御ルーチンは、前記排気再循環経路を通って流れる排気ガスの温度、または前記タービンのタービン入口温度、または前記タービン燃焼器あるいはタービン内の他の温度、またはそれらの組み合わせであるタービン温度を制御するように構成されている、
請求項11に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 前記タービン温度制御ルーチンは、前記リサイクル圧縮機のリサイクル圧縮機入口ガイドベーンの位置を調節することによりタービン温度を制御する、
請求項14に記載の1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体のセット。 - 1又は2以上のプロセッシングデバイスによって実行可能な1又は2以上の命令セットを全体として格納する1又は2以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体を使用してガスタービンシステムを制御する方法であって、
前記ガスタービンシステムの発電機に連結された電力計から測定値を受け、
パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックを抽出燃焼生成物流量計から受け、前記パージ流は、前記ガスタービンシステムのタービン燃焼器からの抽出燃焼生成物を受け前記タービン燃焼器からの前記抽出燃焼生成物を前記ガスタービンシステムの排気ガス供給システムに差し向けるものであり、さらに、
圧縮酸化剤を、酸化剤供給経路に沿って主酸化剤圧縮システムから前記ガスタービンシステムのタービン燃焼器に、前記電力計からの前記測定値および前記パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックに関連した酸化剤流量で流し、
燃料を燃料供給経路に沿って燃料流量でタービン燃焼器に流し、前記燃料流量が、前記電力計からの前記測定値および前記パージ流の流量を示すフィードバックに関連する酸化剤流量、または前記タービン燃焼器の下流で得られる当量比フィードバック、またはその両者に基づいて決定されたものであり、
前記燃料流量が、前記タービン燃焼器内における排気ガスの存在下で、前記燃料と酸化剤の間の目標等量比での燃焼を可能にする、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記酸化剤流量で圧縮酸化剤を流す段階が、前記主酸化剤圧縮システムの主酸化剤圧縮機の1又は2以上の酸化剤圧縮機入口ガイドベーンのそれぞれの位置を調節することにより、酸化剤流量を調整する段階を含む、
請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記酸化剤流量および燃料流量が達成された後にタービン温度を制御する段階を含み、
前記タービン温度を制御する段階が、タービン燃焼機からの燃焼生成物を受けてタービンから排気ガス希釈剤を生成するように排気ガスを圧縮する排気ガス圧縮機まで延びる排気ガス循環経路に沿って流れる排気ガスの温度を制御する段階、またはタービンのタービン入口温度を制御する段階、またはタービンまたはタービン燃料機内のタービンの温度を制御する段階、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記タービン温度を制御する方法が、前記排気ガス循環経路に沿って流れる排気ガスの温度を制御する段階を含む、

1または2以上のプロセッシングデバイスが、1又は2以上の命令セットを実行し、前記酸化剤流量を調整するように前記酸化剤通気調整弁を調整するように構成されている、
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 1または2以上の酸化剤流量制御信号が、前記酸化剤供給経路から分かれ酸化剤通気部までの酸化剤通気経路に沿って配置された酸化剤換気調整弁を位置調整する、
