また、CO2ガス16中に残存する水分が圧縮により凝縮した場合に、酸素の共存により炭酸腐食が促進される虞もある。
図1は、本発明の実施例1に係るCO2回収装置の構成を示す概略図である。図中、前記図4乃至図7に示した装置と同一構成には同一符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。
本実例例に係るCO2回収装置10Aは、前記図4乃至図7に示すCO2回収装置のように、CO2吸収塔でCO2を吸収するCO2吸収系と、再生塔でCO2回収とCO2吸収液の再生を行なうCO2回収・CO2吸収液再生系と、回収されたCO2を地中又は油田中に注入するために圧縮するCO2圧縮系とから構成されている。前記図4、6に示すCO2回収装置のように、CO2吸収塔13でCO2を吸収するCO2吸収系については、同様であるため、説明は省略する。
尚、図1中、符号15Aは再生塔15内に配置される充填層、符号44はチムニトレイ、符号45はリーン溶液12と熱交換した水蒸気23を回収する分離ドラム、符号46は分離ドラム45で分離された水蒸気凝縮水を各々示す。
また、CO2ガス16中のO2を除去するために要する燃性ガスとしてH2リッチガス48を用いることで、化石燃料を原料として発生するガスを効率よく利用することができる。

Claims (10)
- CO2を含有する排ガスとCO2吸収液とを接触させて前記排ガス中のCO2を除去するCO2吸収塔と、前記CO2吸収塔でCO2を吸収したリッチ溶液中のCO2を除去し、再生する再生塔と、前記再生塔でCO2を除去したリーン溶液を前記CO2吸収塔で再利用するCO2回収装置であって、
前記再生塔から排出されるCO2ガスを圧縮するための圧縮器を少なくとも二つ以上有し、
第1の圧縮器の後流側に設けられている第1の分離器と第2の圧縮器の後流側に設けられている第2の分離器との間に、前記CO2ガス中のO2を除去する酸素除去装置が設けられてなることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記酸素除去装置が、前記第2の圧縮器と、第2の圧縮器の後流側であって、前記第2の分離器の前流側にある第2の冷却器との間に設けられてなることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記酸素除去装置が、前記CO2ガス中のO2を除去する燃焼触媒を有することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記酸素除去装置が、前記燃焼触媒を含んで構成され、圧縮されたCO2ガスが送給される配管内に組み込むことが可能なカートリッジ式、本体の表面に前記燃焼触媒を塗布したスタティックミキサー又はハニカム構造又はペレット状や球状の形をした粒状触媒を充填した充填層構造の何れかであることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項3又は4において、
前記燃焼触媒が、Pd系又はPt系の金属触媒であることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項3乃至5の何れか一つにおいて、
前記酸素除去装置内に水素リッチガスを供給する水素ガス供給部を有することを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記水素リッチガスが、化石燃料を原料とし、改質工程とCOシフト工程とを有する水素製造装置により製造される水素であることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項6又は7において、
前記水素リッチガスが、水素の他にCOを含有してなることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか一つにおいて、
前記水素ガス供給部が前記酸素除去装置よりも上流側に配置された圧縮器の上流側に設けられてなることを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか一つのCO2回収装置を用いて、前記再生塔から回収された前記CO2ガスを圧縮する過程において前記CO2ガス中の酸素濃度を低減しつつ、CO2を回収することを特徴とするCO2回収方法。
