Claims (25)
- 攪拌容器と、駆動軸周りに回転可能な攪拌ツールとを備え、前記容器の内部への空気の供給のための空気供給口が設けられた、鋳物砂の処理及び冷却を行う装置において、前記攪拌ツールが、互いに鉛直方向に離間した少なくとも2つの攪拌翼を有し、少なくとも1つの攪拌翼が、水平方向に対して傾斜する表面をもつ攪拌ブレードを有し、前記攪拌ツールが、攪拌ブレードをもち鉛直方向に離間した少なくとも2つの攪拌翼を有し、ある攪拌ブレードが攪拌ツールの回転方向に向かって上向きに傾斜する表面を有し、
前記攪拌ブレードが実質的に前記容器の壁まで延在し、
前記空気供給口が、前記容器の内部にそこから空気を吹き込むことができる開口部を前記容器の壁に有し、
前記開口部が、実質的に前記容器の壁まで延在する前記攪拌ブレードと同じ鉛直方向の高さに配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ある攪拌ブレードが最も高い位置の攪拌ブレードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ある攪拌ブレードとは異なる攪拌ブレードの前記表面が、前記攪拌ツールの回転方向に向かって下向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌ブレードと前記容器の壁との間の間隙が100mm未満であるか、
又は、前記攪拌ブレードに連結され、前記攪拌ブレードよりも前記容器の壁の方向に突出して前記容器の壁に接触するアタッチメントが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記攪拌ブレードと前記容器の壁との間の間隙が20mmと60mmとの間であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌ツールを回転させる駆動部が設けられ、
前記攪拌ブレードが、その半径方向外側端部で、2m/秒と75m/秒との間の周速度を有するように前記駆動部が設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記攪拌ブレードが、その半径方向外側端部で、30m/秒と60m/秒との間の周速度を有するように前記駆動部が設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記容器の断面が、前記容器の底部から上方に向かうにつれて大きくなるように、前記容器の壁が傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各攪拌翼が攪拌ブレードを有し、
攪拌ブレードと容器の壁との間の間隙が、全ての攪拌ブレードに関して、略同じであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記攪拌ブレードが、実質的に前記容器の底部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌容器が、少なくとも2つの攪拌部を有し、各攪拌部には、駆動軸周りに回転可能な対応する攪拌ツールが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌容器が3つの攪拌部を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 各攪拌ツールは、鉛直方向に互いに離間する、少なくとも2つの攪拌翼を有することを特徴とする請求項11〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各攪拌ツールを、前記攪拌翼において互いに独立に調整可能な周速度で駆動できる駆動装置が設けられることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの攪拌ツールを互いに反対の回転方向に駆動できるように、前記駆動装置が設計されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 各攪拌ツールが、実質的に前記容器の底部に配置された攪拌ブレードを有し、
前記容器の底部に配置された2つの前記攪拌ブレードが前記攪拌ツールのどの位置においても互いに接触しない距離で前記2つの攪拌ツールが互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 各攪拌ツールが、前記容器の底部に配置されていない攪拌ブレードをもつ攪拌翼を有し、
前記容器の底部に配置されていない前記攪拌ブレードが異なる軸線高さに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 一方の攪拌ツールの少なくとも1つの攪拌翼が円形経路を描き、その平行面上への投影が、同じ平行面上の他方の攪拌ツールの少なくとも1つの攪拌翼によって描かれる円形経路の投影と交差することを特徴とする請求項11〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 中空軸を有する前記攪拌ツールを介して前記空気の供給がなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌ブレードが、半径方向に拡大する幅をもつことを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌ブレードが角を持った形状の外形であり、
その内角が前記攪拌ブレードの回転方向と反対側にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記攪拌ブレードの内角が90°と180°との間であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌ブレードが、回転方向に対して反対の関係に向いた側に空気排出開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 固体分離器が前記攪拌ツールの上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記固体分離器が、ロータによって回転流を生み出すように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
