Claims (17)
- 空気入口(3)と空気出口(5)とを有する砂チャンバ(2)を備え、前記空気入口(3)が前記砂チャンバ(2)へ空気を吸気するためのファンを有し、且つ/または、前記空気出口(5)が前記砂チャンバ(2)から空気を吸い出すためのファンを有する、鋳物砂冷却器において、
軸周りに回転可能で前記鋳物砂冷却器内に配置される動的風力選別機(10)が設けられ、
前記動的風力選別機(10)は、前記空気出口(5)から前記砂チャンバ(2)を出る全ての空気流が前記動的風力選別機(10)を実質的に通過するように、また、排出される空気流から固形粒子が取り除かれて前記砂チャンバに残留する、あるいは少なくとも前記砂チャンバに戻されて再利用できるように動作可能である
ことを特徴とする鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記動的風力選別機(10)が、回転軸を略包囲し、前記空気出口(5)に接続された出口と、前記回転軸上には配置されていない少なくとも1つの入口とを有する、前記回転軸周りに回転可能な選別ホイールを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記選別ホイールが、円筒状、円錐状、または円錐台状であり、前記少なくとも1つの入口は、前記選別ホイールの周面に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記回転軸が、垂直方向、水平方向、または前記垂直方向に対して傾斜した方向を向いている
ことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記砂チャンバ(2)に鋳物砂を送り込むことができる鋳物砂入口(7)と、前記砂チャンバ(2)から鋳物砂を取り出すことができる鋳物砂出口(8)とを有する鋳物砂冷却器(1)で、
回転軸周りに回転可能な前記選別ホイールをそれぞれが有する少なくとも2つの前記動的風力選別機(10)が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 2つの前記動的風力選別機(10)の内、一方の風力選別機が、他方の風力選別機よりも前記鋳物砂出口(8)の近くに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。
- 前記2つの風力選別機(10)が、運転時に前記風力選別機を異なる回転速度で運転させるように設計された駆動部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 静的風力選別機が、前記動的風力選別機(10)の上流に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。
- その内部に前記動的風力選別機(10)が配置される選別チャンバ(16)を有し、
前記砂チャンバ(2)が、前記選別チャンバ(16)に向かって断面が小さくなる流路を介して前記選別チャンバ(16)に接続された請求項8に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記選別チャンバ(16)が、戻り路を介して前記砂チャンバ(2)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記選別チャンバ(16)の底に収集された分離材料を前記砂チャンバ(2)に搬送するための搬送装置(17)が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記動的風力選別機(10)の回転速度を開ループ制御または閉ループ制御するための回転速度装置(12)が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記空気出口(5)を通過する空気流の流量を検出するための装置(14)が設けられ、
前記回転速度装置(12)が前記検出された空気流の流量を利用可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記鋳物砂冷却器(1)が、バッチ式鋳物砂冷却器であり、
前記回転速度装置(12)が、鋳物砂冷却運転中に前記回転速度を上げるようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記空気出口(5)からの粒子の排出量を検出する装置が設けられ、
前記回転速度装置(12)が検出された前記粒子の排出量を利用可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記砂チャンバ(2)に給水する装置(29)が設けられ、
前記検出された粒子の排出量および任意で前記動的風力選別機(10)の回転速度を利用可能であり、前記検出された粒子の排出量および任意で前記動的風力選別機(10)の回転速度に応じて給水量を決定するように設計された水制御装置が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。 - 前記砂チャンバ(2)内の砂の水分量を検出するための水分量センサが設けられ、
前記水分量センサが前記回転速度装置に接続され、前記回転速度装置が、前記検出した水分量に応じて前記回転速度を開ループ制御または閉ループ制御するように設計された
ことを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の鋳物砂冷却器。
