Description
圧制御における増圧レートを高くすることができるので、キャリパ側のブレーキ液圧(CAL圧)をマスタシリンダ側の液圧(M/C圧)付近まで素早く近づけることができる。このため、ABS制御中に運転者によってブレーキが再操作された際のブレーキの応答性を向上でき、運転者の違和感を緩和できる。
ABS制御時の減圧状態は、マスタシリンダ12と車輪ブレーキ14の間を遮断する(入口制御弁15が閉)とともに、車輪ブレーキ14とリザーバ13を連通する(出口制御弁16が開)状態である。車輪ブレーキ14に通じる作動液が、出口制御弁16を通ってリザーバ13に流入し、車輪ブレーキ14に作用している作動液圧が減圧される。
制御部30(車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置10)は、増圧制御では、マスタシリンダ12と車輪ブレーキ14との間を連通しつつ、車輪ブレーキ14とリザーバ13の間を遮断する。具体的には、入口制御弁15が開かれ、出口制御弁16が閉じられる。マスタシリンダ12で発生した液圧により車輪ブレーキ14の作動液が増圧される。
図2に示すように、車輪速度を取得する装置は、車輪速度を検出する車輪速度センサ25と、車輪速度センサ25で検出された車輪速度を取得する車輪速度取得部33とを備えている。
図3に示すように、ABS制御時において判定部31は、ステップ番号(以下、STと記す。)01で、車輪速度取得部33は、車輪速度センサ25からの信号により車輪速度VWを取得する。
ST03で、車体減速度dVWから領減速度領域Gnを取得する。
ST04で、判定部31はABS制御が停止しているか判定し、停止していない場合(ST04:NO)はST05に進み、停止している場合(ST04:YES)は終了する。
ST06で、車体減速度が所定のしきい値以下である減速度領域G6の時間、すなわち減速度が最も出ていない減速度領域G6の時間TimG6を計算する。
ST08で、判定部31は増圧レートを上げる信号を発生し終了する。
図4(a)は実施例における時間と減速度の相関図であり、減圧モードの後に増圧モードへ移行している。例えば減速度領域は、G6〜G1の6段階に分かれており、減速度領域G6が最も減速度が低く、減速度領域G1が最も減速度が高いことを示す。減速度領域G6から減速度領域G5、減速度領域G4へと減速度領域が変更されている。車体減速度dVRは、減速度領域G6でほぼ一定であり、減速度領域G5、減速度領域G4へと移行するにつれて、車体減速度dVRが急に変更される。
図5に示されるように、車体減速度が高ければ減速度領域はG1であり、車体減速度が低くなるにつれて減速度領域がG2、G3・・・、G6となることを示す。所定のしきい値は任意の値であり、減速度領域G6は、車体減速度が所定のしきい値以下の領域である。
Claims (4)
- 車輪速度を取得する車輪速度取得部と、前記車輪速度に基づき車体減速度を算出する車体減速度算出手段とを備え、車輪ブレーキに作用するブレーキ液圧の液圧制御可能な車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、
ABS制御が停止しているか判定し、停止していない場合には、前記車体減速度が所定のしきい値以下である時間を計算し、
前記車体減速度が出ていない前記所定のしきい値以下である状態が一定時間継続したという条件を満たした場合、増圧制御における増圧レートを、前記条件を満たす前よりも高くなるように変更することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記増圧制御は、ブレーキ液圧の増圧・保持を繰り返す制御であって、
マスタシリンダと前記車輪ブレーキの間に配置された入口制御弁を開ける時間を増大させることで前記ブレーキ液圧の増圧量を増大させるとともに、前記ブレーキ液圧を保持する保持時間を短くすることによって、増圧レートが高くなるように変更することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記所定のしきい値は、目標車体減速度に基づき設定されることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記条件を満たした後、段階的に増圧レートが高くなるように変更することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
