Claims (2)
- 加工槽の外側において機械構造物に固定され先端が前記加工槽の内側に位置するように設けられ前記先端においてワイヤ電極を案内する下側ワイヤガイドユニットを支持する下アームを備え、前記下側ワイヤガイドユニットの直下に設けられる方向転換プーリと、前記加工槽の外側に設けられる巻取ローラと、を有するワイヤ放電加工装置において、
ジェットノズルとアスピレータを含んでなる搬送装置を備え、
前記ジェットノズルは、前記下アームの先端側において前記方向転換プーリと前記巻取ローラとの間に設けられ前記巻取ローラの方向に向かって高圧噴流を噴出して前記ジェットノズルと前記アスピレータの間に液柱を形成し、前記高圧噴流による前記液柱の拘束力のみによって前記ワイヤ電極を案内しながら前記ワイヤ電極を前記高圧噴流による前記液柱に乗せて前記巻取ローラの方向に飛ばして送り、
前記アスピレータは、前記巻取ローラの出口側に設けられ前記高圧噴流による前記液柱によって送られた前記ワイヤ電極の先端を吸引して捕捉する、ワイヤ放電加工装置。 - 前記ジェットノズルと前記アスピレータとの間の少なくとも前記加工槽の中において前記高圧噴流および前記高圧噴流によって送られる前記ワイヤ電極を覆うカバーを含んでなる請求項1に記載のワイヤ放電加工装置。
