Description
図1は、実施形態に係るブルドーザ1のシステム構成図である。ブルドーザ1は、エンジン2、動力伝達機構3、一対の走行装置4a,4b、潤滑油供給部6、制御部7、及び動力取出装置(パワーテイクオフ)8を備える。
次に、ステアリングクラッチ及びステアリングブレーキ周辺の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。ステアリングクラッチ13a及びステアリングブレーキ5a周辺の構成は、ステアリングクラッチ13b及びステアリングブレーキ5b周辺の構成と同様である。そのため、以下においては、ステアリングクラッチ13a及びステアリングブレーキ5a周辺の構成について説明する。
(1)ブルドーザ1は、第1潤滑油供給路31と、第2潤滑油供給路33と、第3潤滑油供給路35と、流量切換弁43とを備える。第1潤滑油供給路31は、油圧ポンプ30から吐出される潤滑油の一部をステアリングクラッチ13aに供給する。第2潤滑油供給路33は、油圧ポンプ30から吐出される潤滑油の一部をステアリングブレーキ5aに供給する。第3潤滑油供給路35は、ステアリングクラッチ13aを通過した潤滑油の一部をステアリングブレーキ5aに供給する。流量切換弁43は、第2潤滑油供給路33上に配置され、ステアリングブレーキ5aに供給される潤滑油量を切り換える。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変形又は修正が可能である。

Claims (3)
- 入力軸の回転力を伝達又は遮断するステアリングクラッチと、
出力軸を制動するステアリングブレーキと、
潤滑油を吐出する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出される潤滑油の一部を前記ステアリングクラッチに供給する第1潤滑油供給路と、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出される潤滑油の一部を前記ステアリングブレーキに供給する第2潤滑油供給路と、
前記ステアリングクラッチを通過した潤滑油の一部を前記ステアリングブレーキに供給する第3潤滑油供給路と、
前記第2潤滑油供給路上に配置され、前記ステアリングブレーキに供給される潤滑油量を切り換える流量切換弁と、
を備えるブルドーザ。 - 前記ステアリングクラッチは、クラッチハウジングと、前記クラッチハウジングに固定された複数の第1クラッチディスクと、前記入力軸とともに回転する複数の第2クラッチディスクとを有し、
前記ステアリングブレーキは、ブレーキハウジングと、前記ブレーキハウジングに固定された複数の固定プレートと、前記出力軸とともに回転する複数のブレーキディスクとを有し、
前記複数の固定プレート及び前記複数のブレーキディスクは、前記入力軸に垂直な径方向において、前記複数の第1クラッチディスク及び前記複数の第2クラッチディスクよりも前記入力軸から離れている、
請求項1に記載のブルドーザ。 - 前記ステアリングクラッチは、クラッチハウジングと、前記クラッチハウジングに固定された複数の第1クラッチディスクと、前記入力軸とともに回転する複数の第2クラッチディスクとを有し、
前記ステアリングブレーキは、ブレーキハウジングと、前記ブレーキハウジングに固定された複数の固定プレートと、前記出力軸とともに回転する複数のブレーキディスクとを有し、
前記ブレーキハウジングは、前記入力軸に平行な軸方向において、前記複数の第1クラッチディスク及び複数の第2クラッチディスクの前記軸方向における中央線から離れている、
請求項1に記載のブルドーザ。
