Description
Claims (5)
- 内部に金型の冷却のための冷却チャネルが形成されたホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置であって、
冷媒が貯蔵される貯蔵タンクと、
前記貯蔵タンクと冷却チャネルの流入部の間を連結する冷媒供給ラインと、
前記冷却チャネルの排出部と前記貯蔵タンクの間を連結する冷媒排出ラインと、
前記貯蔵タンク又は前記冷媒供給ラインに設けられ、前記冷却チャネルの流入部に供給される冷媒の流量を調節する流量調節部と、
前記冷媒供給ラインに設けられ、冷媒を加熱するための加熱部と、
前記冷媒供給ライン又は金型の冷却チャネル流入部に設けられ、金型に供給される冷媒の温度を測定する流入冷媒温度センサと、
前記冷媒排出ライン又は金型の冷却チャネル排出部に設けられ、金型から排出される冷媒の温度を測定する排出冷媒温度センサと、
前記流入冷媒温度センサ及び排出冷媒温度センサから温度データを受信し、受信された温度データに対応して加熱部及び流量調節部を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記冷却チャネルに沿って流れる冷媒は液体と気体の二相共存状態にあり、潜熱によって金型を冷却させることができるように構成され、
前記制御部は、前記金型の冷却チャネルに流入される冷媒の温度が蒸発温度の97〜99.5%範囲にあるように加熱部を制御し、
前記金型の冷却チャネルから排出される冷媒の温度が蒸発温度より高ければ、冷却チャネルへの冷媒供給流量を増加させるように流量調節部を制御することを特徴とするホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置。 - 前記冷媒排出ラインに設けられ、貯蔵タンクに供給される冷媒が液体になるように冷媒を冷却するための熱交換器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置。
- 前記金型から排出された冷媒は圧縮されないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置。
- 前記制御部は、
成形対象の大きさ、対象の成形後の目標温度、及び工程時間に対応して設定された最小供給流量と同じ又はより多くの流量が金型の冷却ラインに供給されるように流量調節部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置。 - 前記最小供給流量は、
下記式に基づいて設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のホットスタンピング用金型冷却装置。
