Description
Claims (16)
- 車台と、少なくとも1つの前輪と、2つの表面係合型後輪と、後輪を駆動する推進ユニットと、を備える傾斜車両であって、
各後輪が、車輪支持組立体によって前記車台に連結され、前記車台、前記前輪又は各前輪、及び前記後輪が、使用時に、前記車台の垂直直立位置に対して各方向に、連動して傾斜するように動作可能であり、前記前輪又は各前輪及び前記後輪が、前記車台の傾斜角度にかかわらず前記車台の中心線に平行な平面内に位置するようになっているように、前記車輪支持組立体及び前記車台は構成され、各車輪支持組立体は、それぞれの後輪が前記車台に対して移動するのを可能にする後輪支持体と、油圧シリンダとを備えており、
各後輪支持体及びそれぞれの後輪が、前記車台の前記中心線に平行な平面内で、他の後輪支持体及びそれぞれの後輪と独立して移動可能であり、
前記油圧シリンダが、前記車台及び前記後輪支持体のうちの一方に連結された油圧シリンダ・ハウジングと、前記後輪支持体及び前記車台のうちの他方に連結されたピストンとを有し、
前記ピストンが、前記油圧シリンダ・ハウジング内で移動可能であり、前記油圧シリンダを、第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバに分割するように構成され、各チャンバは油圧流体をそれぞれのチャンバに流入及び流出させるポートを有し、
各油圧シリンダの前記第1のチャンバの前記ポート同士が流体連通し、各油圧シリンダの前記第2のチャンバのポート同士が流体連通し、それによって、油圧流体が一方の油圧シリンダの前記第1又は第2のチャンバから他方の油圧シリンダの前記それぞれの第1又は第2のチャンバに移動したときに、前記油圧シリンダの前記ピストンがそれぞれの前記油圧シリンダ・ハウジングに対して互いに逆方向に変位し、前記車台が地面に対して関節運動し、
少なくとも1つの前記油圧シリンダ・ハウジングを前記後輪支持体又は前記車台に連結することがショック・アブソーバを介して行われるか、または、前記ピストンの少なくとも1つがショック・アブソーバによって実現され、
前記傾斜車両がポンプ構成を更に備え、油圧流体の移動が前記ポンプ構成によって選択的に制御され、
各後輪支持組立体は、付勢手段を更に備え、前記付勢手段は、復元力を前記車台と前記それぞれの後輪との間に加えるように構成され、前記車台の関節運動に対抗し、他の力が存在しない場合に前記車台を直立位置に戻す、傾斜車両。 - 前記推進ユニットの少なくとも一部は、実質的に前記車輪支持組立体同士の間又は前記後輪同士の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記傾斜車両が、電源を更に備え、前記電源の少なくとも一部は、前記車輪支持組立体同士の間又は前記後輪同士の間に配置される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記車輪支持組立体及び車台は、前記車台が前記車台の垂直直立位置に対して各方向に実質的に30度の角度まで傾斜するのを可能にするように構成される、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記推進ユニット、電源、及び車台は、前記傾斜車両の重心が前記車台の傾斜角度にかかわらず実質的に後輪同士の間に留まるように構成される、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記ポンプ構成は双方向ポンプを備える、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記第1のチャンバ同士の間と前記第2のチャンバ同士の間の少なくとも一方における流体の流れを妨げるように選択的に動作可能であり、それによって、前記傾斜車両の傾斜を選択的に抑制する停止手段を更に備える、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。
- 各後輪支持体は、それぞれの後輪が前記車台に対して垂直に回動するのを可能にするように構成される、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。
- 各後輪用の前記後輪支持体は、前記車台に第1の端部の所で回動可能に取り付けられ、第2の端部の所に後輪を保持するトレーリング・スイング・アームを備える、請求項8に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記ショック・アブソーバは、前記少なくとも1つの油圧シリンダ・ハウジングと一体であるか或いは前記少なくとも1つの油圧シリンダ・ハウジングにしっかりと連結される、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記付勢手段は、それぞれの前記油圧シリンダと前記車台又は前記後輪支持体との間に配置されたばねを備える、請求項1に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記ばねは、コイル状圧縮ばねを備える、請求項11に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記傾斜車両は、各々がステアリング構成によって前記車台に連結された2つの前輪を備え、前記ステアリング構成は、一対の前部油圧シリンダを有し、
各前部油圧シリンダは、前記車台及び前記ステアリング構成のうちの一方に連結されたハウジングと、前記ステアリング構成及び前記車台のうちの他方に連結されたピストンとを有し、
前記ピストンが、前記ハウジング内で移動可能であり、前記油圧シリンダを第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバに分割するように構成され、各チャンバは油圧流体をそれぞれのチャンバに流入及び流出させるポートを有し、
各前部油圧シリンダの前記第1のチャンバの前記ポート同士が流体連通し、各前部油圧シリンダの前記第2のチャンバの前記ポート同士が流体連通し、それによって、油圧流体が一方の前部油圧シリンダの前記第1又は第2のチャンバから他方の前部油圧シリンダの前記それぞれの第1又は第2のチャンバに移動したときに、前記前部油圧シリンダの前記ピストンが変位されるようになっている、請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。 - 前記前部油圧シリンダは、前記後輪支持体に取り付けられた前記油圧シリンダと流体連通する、請求項13に記載の傾斜車両。
- 前記車台に連結され、運転者を収容するように構成された前記傾斜車両の完全に密閉される内部空間を形成するボディを更に備える、請求項1から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載の傾斜車両。
- 車台と、少なくとも1つの前輪と、2つの表面係合型後輪と、前記後輪を駆動する推進ユニットとを備える傾斜車両を傾斜させる方法であって、
各後輪が、車輪支持組立体によって前記車台に連結され、前記車台、前記前輪又は各前輪、及び前記後輪が、使用時に、前記車台の垂直直立位置に対して各方向に、連動して傾斜するように動作可能であり、前記前輪又は各前輪及び前記後輪が、前記車台の傾斜角度にかかわらず前記車台の中心線に平行な平面内に位置するようになっているように、前記車輪支持組立体及び前記車台は構成され、各車輪支持組立体は、前記それぞれの後輪が前記車台に対して移動するのを可能にする後輪支持体と油圧シリンダとを備えており、
各後輪支持体及びそれぞれの後輪が、前記車台の前記中心線に平行な平面内で、他の後輪支持体及びそれぞれの後輪と独立して移動可能であり、
前記油圧シリンダが、前記車台及び前記後輪支持体のうちの一方に連結されたハウジングと、前記後輪支持体及び前記車台のうちの他方に連結されたピストンとを備え、
前記ピストンが、前記ハウジング内で移動可能であり、前記油圧シリンダを、第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバに分割するように構成され、各チャンバは油圧流体をそれぞれのチャンバに流入及び流出させるポートを有し、各油圧シリンダの前記第1のチャンバの前記ポート同士が流体連通し、各油圧シリンダの前記第2のチャンバの前記ポート同士が流体連通し、少なくとも1つの前記油圧シリンダ・ハウジングを前記後輪支持体又は前記車台に連結することがショック・アブソーバを介して行われるか、または、前記ピストンの少なくとも1つがショック・アブソーバによって実現され、各後輪支持組立体は、付勢手段を更に備え、前記付勢手段は、復元力を前記車台と前記それぞれの後輪との間に加えるように構成され、前記車台の関節運動に対抗し、他の力が存在しない場合に前記車台を直立位置に戻す、方法において、
油圧流体を一方の油圧シリンダの前記第1又は第2のチャンバから他方の油圧シリンダの前記それぞれの第1又は第2のチャンバに移動させて前記油圧シリンダの前記ピストンを前記それぞれのハウジングに対して互いに逆方向に変位させ、かつ、前記車台を表面に対して関節運動させるようにポンプ構成を選択的に制御するステップを含む方法。
