Description
図1は、本発明に係る電動車両のコンバータ配置構造における一実施形態が適用された電動二輪車を示す左側面図である。また、図2は、図1の電動二輪車の外装等を外した状態を示す左側面図である。更に、図3は、図1の電動二輪車の外装等を外した状態を示す斜視図である。本実施形態において、上下、左右、前後の表現は、電動二輪車に搭乗した運転者を基準にしたものである。また、図1〜図3中の矢印Fは電動二輪車1の前方を示し、矢印Rは電動二輪車1の後方を示す。
(1)図4〜図7に示すように、ヘッドパイプ21から車両後下方へ延びる下部フレーム24の前側傾斜部分にコンバータ65(コンバータ65A及び65B)が設置され、このコンバータ65A及び65Bに、フロントカウル41の左下半部41A及び右下半部41Bにおけるガイド面68によって走行風Aが集められる。また、フロントフェンダ47の上面を、その湾曲面に沿って流れる走行風Aも、コンバータ65A及び65Bに集められる。従って、これらの走行風Aによって、コンバータ65A及び65Bの冷却性能を向上させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 前輪を支持するステアリング機構がヘッドパイプに配設され、このヘッドパイプから車両後下方へフレームメンバが延設され、前記ヘッドパイプの周囲を覆うフロントカウルが前記前輪の下半部位置まで延び、駆動輪を電動機が駆動することで走行する電動車両において、
前記電動車両がスクータ型自動二輪車であり、
電圧を変換するコンバータが前記フレームメンバに、走行方向に対向する姿勢で前記前輪の後方に配置され、
前記コンバータの車幅方向両側に前記フロントカウルが位置づけられて、このフロントカウルにより走行風が前記コンバータに集められ、
前記コンバータにおける前記前輪側の前面に、車両上下方向に沿って放熱フィンが設けられ、
前記コンバータに接続されるバッテリが前記フロントカウルの後方のグローブボックス内に配置されたことを特徴とする電動車両のコンバータ配置構造。 - 前記コンバータは複数のコンバータで構成され、これらの各コンバータが車両上下方向に互いに離間して配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両のコンバータ配置構造。
- 前記バッテリが、コンバータの上方であって且つヘッドパイプの側方に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動車両のコンバータ配置構造。
- 前記電動車両が、燃料電池を搭載した燃料電池二輪車であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両のコンバータ配置構造。
