Description
(1.燃料ライン1の構成)
燃料ライン1の構成について図1を参照して説明する。燃料ライン1とは、自動車において、樹脂製給油口から内燃機関(図示せず)までのラインである。ただし、本実施形態においては、樹脂製給油口12から燃料タンク11までの間を説明する。
樹脂製給油口12の詳細構成について、図2−図5を参照して説明する。図2に示すように、樹脂製給油口12は、給油ノズルを挿入可能であり、フィラーチューブ13及び
ブリーザチューブ23に接続される。樹脂製給油口12は、図2−図4に示すように、樹脂製の給油口本体30、樹脂製のジョイント40、樹脂製の流量制御弁50、樹脂製のキャップ60、金属製のスプリング70、及び、ゴム製のシール部材80を備える。特に、図5に示すように、ジョイント40、流量制御弁50、キャップ60及びスプリング70は、1つのユニット100を構成する。
樹脂製給油口12は、給油ノズルを挿入可能なノズル挿入口31a、給油ノズルから供給される燃料をフィラーチューブ13を介して燃料タンク11に供給する燃料供給口32a、及び、燃料タンク11側からブリーザチューブ23を通過する燃料の蒸気を流入させる蒸気流入口33cを備える樹脂製の給油口本体30と、貫通形成され、一端側が蒸気流入口33cに着脱不能に嵌合され、他端側がブリーザチューブ23に接続される樹脂製のジョイント40と、ジョイント40の内部に収容され、ブリーザチューブ23から給油口本体30へ流入する蒸気の流量を制御する流量制御弁50とを備える。
Claims (5)
- 給油ノズルを挿入可能なノズル挿入口、前記給油ノズルから供給される燃料をフィラーチューブを介して燃料タンクに供給する燃料供給口、及び、前記燃料タンク側からブリーザチューブを通過する燃料の蒸気を流入させる蒸気流入口を備える樹脂製の給油口本体と、
貫通形成され、一端側が前記蒸気流入口に離脱不能に嵌合され、他端側が前記ブリーザチューブに接続される樹脂製のジョイントと、
前記ジョイントの内部に収容され、前記ブリーザチューブから前記給油口本体へ流入する蒸気の流量を制御する流量制御弁と、
を備え、
前記給油口本体は、前記蒸気流入口を備える筒状嵌合部を備え、
前記ジョイントは、
前記ジョイントの一端側に形成される外筒と、
前記ジョイントの一端側に形成され、前記外筒の径方向内側に隙間を介して位置し、且つ、前記流量制御弁の移動をガイドする内筒と、
前記ジョイントの他端側に形成され、前記ブリーザチューブに嵌装されるブリーザチューブ接続部と、
を備え、
前記筒状嵌合部は、前記外筒の内周面と前記内筒の外周面との径方向隙間に挿入されており、前記筒状嵌合部の外周面が前記外筒に嵌合されている、樹脂製給油口。 - 前記流量制御弁は、前記ジョイントの内部において、前記蒸気の圧力に応じて前記蒸気の流通方向に移動可能であり、前記流通方向の位置に応じて前記蒸気の流量を制御し、
前記流量制御弁の移動範囲の少なくとも一部は、前記筒状嵌合部の径方向内側に位置する、請求項1に記載の樹脂製給油口。 - 前記筒状嵌合部は、全周に亘って連続する筒状に形成され、外周面に係止突起を有し、前記外筒と前記内筒の径方向隙間に挿入されており、
前記外筒は、前記筒状嵌合部の前記係止突起が係止される凹所を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂製給油口。 - 前記樹脂製給油口は、さらに、前記内筒の外周面と前記筒状嵌合部の内周面との間に介在されるシール部材を備える、請求項1−3の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製給油口。
- 前記樹脂製給油口は、さらに、前記ジョイントの一端の開口に装着され、前記流量制御弁が前記ジョイントの一端の開口から脱落することを規制するキャップを備え、
前記ジョイント、前記流量制御弁及び前記キャップは、前記蒸気流入口に嵌合される1つのユニットを構成する、請求項1−4の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製給油口。
