Description
燃料から生じるガスを透過させ難い合成樹脂よりなる主体部と、
この主体部の外側に形成されると共にこの主体部よりも前記ガスを透過させ易く且つ燃料タンクの外面部に溶着可能な合成樹脂よりなる外殻部とを備えており、
主体部は外周部にフランジ部を備えており、
外殻部は、主体部をインサート品として外殻部をインサート成形するにあたり前記フランジ部の上面側から回り込んでこのフランジ部の下面側を覆う溶着用肉部を有しており、
しかも、前記フランジ部の下面は、このフランジ部の外周端側を傾斜上側とする傾斜を備えているものとした。
この主体部3の外側に形成されると共にこの主体部3よりも前記ガスを透過させ易く且つ燃料タンクTの外面部Tbに溶着可能な合成樹脂よりなる外殻部4とを備えている。

Claims (2)
- 燃料タンクに流体の流路を接続するためのコネクタであって、
燃料から生じるガスを透過させ難い合成樹脂よりなる主体部と、
この主体部の外側に形成されると共にこの主体部よりも前記ガスを透過させ易く且つ燃料タンクの外面部に溶着可能な合成樹脂よりなる外殻部とを備えており、
主体部は外周部にフランジ部を備えており、
外殻部は、主体部をインサート品として外殻部をインサート成形するにあたり前記フランジ部の上面側から回り込んでこのフランジ部の下面側を覆う溶着用肉部を有しており、
しかも、前記フランジ部の下面は、このフランジ部の外周端側を傾斜上側とする傾斜を備えていることを特徴とする燃料タンク用コネクタ。 - 外殻部における溶着用肉部はその下面を仮想の一つの平面上に略位置させるようにして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用コネクタ。
