Claims (3)
- 加圧水型原子炉の原子炉圧力容器内に設置され、前記原子炉圧力容器に取り付けられるフランジ部と、前記フランジ部から下方に延びる上部胴と、前記上部胴から下方に延びる下部胴と、を有する本体胴を有し、前記本体胴と下部炉心支持板をショートリングを介して接合する、燃料集合体を含む炉心を保持するコアバレルの製造方法であって、
前記下部胴より軸方向長さが短く形成された前記ショートリングの一端部を、前記下部炉心支持板に溶接接合する工程と、
前記ショートリングが溶接接合された前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程であって、前記燃料集合体が載置される載置面と、前記燃料集合体を位置決めするための位置決めピンが挿入されるピン孔を、前記ショートリングの上端部の開口から前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工することで形成する工程と、
前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程の後に、前記載置面上に載置される前記燃料集合体を含む前記炉心を覆う前記本体胴の前記下部胴を前記ショートリングの他端部に溶接接合する工程と、を備えたことを特徴とするコアバレルの製造方法。 - 前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程の前に、前記ショートリングと前記下部炉心支持板との間に形成された溶接線に対して熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコアバレルの製造方法。
- 加圧水型原子炉の原子炉圧力容器内に設置され、燃料集合体を含む炉心を保持するコアバレルであって、
前記燃料集合体が載置される載置面と、前記燃料集合体を位置決めするための位置決めピンが挿入されるピン孔と、を有する下部炉心支持板と、
前記下部炉心支持板の前記載置面上に載置される前記燃料集合体を含む前記炉心を覆う本体胴であって、前記原子炉圧力容器に取り付けられるフランジ部と、前記フランジ部から下方に延びる上部胴と、前記上部胴から下方に延びる下部胴と、を有する本体胴と、
一端部が前記下部炉心支持板に溶接接合され、他端部が前記本体胴の前記下部胴に溶接接合されたショートリングと、を備え、
前記ショートリングは、前記下部胴より軸方向長さが短く形成され、前記ショートリングの上端部の開口から前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工することができる軸方向長さを有することを特徴とするコアバレル。
