Abstract
【解決手段】実施の形態によるコアバレルの製造方法は、ショートリング37の一端部を下部炉心支持板21に溶接接合する工程と、ショートリング37が溶接接合された下部炉心支持板21を機械加工する工程であって、燃料集合体5aが載置される載置面22と、燃料集合体5aを位置決めするための位置決めピン10が挿入されるピン孔23を形成する工程と、を備えている。下部炉心支持板21を機械加工する工程の後、載置面22上に載置される燃料集合体5aを含む炉心5を覆う本体胴30が、ショートリング37の他端部に溶接接合される。

Claims (3)
- 加圧水型原子炉の原子炉圧力容器内に設置され、燃料集合体を含む炉心を保持するコアバレルの製造方法であって、
ショートリングの一端部を下部炉心支持板に溶接接合する工程と、
前記ショートリングが溶接接合された前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程であって、前記燃料集合体が載置される載置面と、前記燃料集合体を位置決めするための位置決めピンが挿入されるピン孔を形成する工程と、
前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程の後に、前記載置面上に載置される前記燃料集合体を含む前記炉心を覆う本体胴を前記ショートリングの他端部に溶接接合する工程と、を備えたことを特徴とするコアバレルの製造方法。 - 前記下部炉心支持板を機械加工する工程の前に、前記ショートリングと前記下部炉心支持板との間に形成された溶接線に対して熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコアバレルの製造方法。
- 加圧水型原子炉の圧力容器内に設置され、燃料集合体を含む炉心を保持するコアバレルであって、
前記燃料集合体が載置される載置面と、前記燃料集合体を位置決めするための位置決めピンが挿入されるピン孔と、を有する下部炉心支持板と、
前記下部炉心支持板の前記載置面上に載置される前記燃料集合体を含む前記炉心を覆う本体胴と、
一端部が前記下部炉心支持板に溶接接合され、他端部が前記本体胴に溶接接合されたショートリングと、を備えたことを特徴とするコアバレル。
