Description
− 可視領域における前記後面上の平均反射率Rmは1.15%以下であり、
− 可視領域における前記後面上の平均光反射率Rvは1%以下であり、
− ISO13666:1998規格において定義された関数W(λ)により重み付けられた280nm〜380nm間の前記後面上の平均反射率RUVは30°の入射角と45°の入射角に対して5%未満であり、
− 多層反射防止被覆は3以上及び7以下、好適には6以下、より好適には5以下の層を含み、
− 多層反射防止被覆は、酸化インジウムに基づく20nm以上の厚さを有する導電性層を含まず、
− 反射防止被覆外側層はシリカベースの層であることを特徴とする。
− 可視領域における平均光反射率Rvは、35°未満の入射角に対して(典型的には15°の入射角に対して)0.5%以下、好適には0.4%以下、より好適には0.3%以下であり、
− クロマC*は、国際的比色分析(international colorimetric CIE)CIE L*a*b*に従って15°の入射角(θ)に対して(通常は0°〜25°の入射角に対して、特に0°〜20℃の入射角に対して)18以上、好適には20以上である。
− 眼科用レンズの可視領域における平均光反射率Rvが、少なくとも35°未満の入射角に対して0.5%以下、好適には0.4%以下、より好適には0.3%以下であるように、
− クロマC*が、15°の入射角θに対して国際比色分析CIE L*a*b*に従って18以上、好適には20であるように、される。
実施例に使用される光学物品は、65mm直径、1.5又は1.56の屈折率、及び−2.00ジオプタの度数を有するレンズ基板を含み、屈折率1.5(欧州特許第0614957号明細書に記載のものなどの)又は1.6の硬質被覆層で被覆されるとともにSiO2で作られた副層でその前面上に被覆される。
光学物品を作製するための方法は、基板を導入する工程と、アルゴンイオンビーム(陽極電流:1A、陽極電圧:100V、中和電流:130mA)により基板の表面を活性化する工程と、イオン照射を止める工程と、蒸着により基板上にワニス(vernis)と副層を、次にその後、連続蒸着により反射防止被覆の様々な層を形成する工程と、最後に換気工程とを含む。
実施例1〜3においてそれぞれ得られた眼科用レンズ1〜3の構造的特徴と光学性能について、以下に詳述する。副層は灰色である。用意されたいくつかの物品の280〜780nm間の反射グラフを図1に示す。
169個の実施例1のレンズが工業的頑強性を評価するために用意された。標準偏差だけでなく色相、クロマ、Rm及びRvの実験結果も表7に列挙されている。
国際公開第2012/076714号パンフレットの実施例5〜8が本出願人により再現された。得られた光学性能及び色係数が表9に示される。
本発明は、以下の態様の眼科用レンズとしても実施可能である。
[態様1]
前主面と後主面とを有する透明基板を含む眼科用レンズであって、
可視領域における平均光反射率Rvが、少なくとも35°未満の入射角に対して0.5%以下であり、且つ
国際比色分析系のCIE L*a*b*によるクロマC*が15°の入射角(θ)に対して18以上であるように、
前記主面の少なくとも1つは、1.5以上の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層と1.5未満の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層との積層を含む多層反射防止被覆で被覆されている、眼科用レンズ。
[態様2]
前記反射防止被覆は1.5以上の屈折率を有する少なくとも2つの層と1.5未満の屈折率を有する少なくとも2つの層を含む、態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
[態様3]
前記反射防止被覆は、基板から離れる方向に、10〜25nmの厚さを有し1.5以上の屈折率を有する層、20〜35nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層、60〜105nmの厚さを有し1.6を越える屈折率を有する層、及び70〜105nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層を含む、態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
[態様4]
前記反射防止被覆は、基板から離れる方向に、14〜22nmの厚さを有し1.5以上の屈折率を有する層、27〜32nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層、68〜90nmの厚さを有し1.6を越える屈折率を有する層、及び87〜95nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層を含む、態様3に記載の眼科用レンズ。
[態様5]
前記多層反射防止被覆は4以上の層を含む、態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
[態様6]
前記反射防止被覆は、基板から離れる方向に、10〜25nmの厚さを有し1.5以上の屈折率を有する層、20〜35nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層、60〜105nmの厚さを有し1.6を越える屈折率を有する層、3〜10nmの厚さを有する導電層、及び70〜105nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層を含む、態様1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
Claims (14)
- 前主面と後主面とを有する透明基板を含む眼科用レンズであって、
可視領域における平均光反射率Rvが、少なくとも35°未満の入射角に対して0.5%以下であり、且つ
国際比色分析系のCIE L*a*b*によるクロマC*が15°の入射角(θ)に対して18以上であるように、
前記主面の少なくとも1つは、1.5以上の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層と1.5未満の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層との積層を含む多層反射防止被覆で被覆されており、
前記反射防止被覆は、基板から離れる方向に、14〜22nmの厚さを有し1.5以上の屈折率を有する層、27〜32nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層、68〜90nmの厚さを有し1.6を越える屈折率を有する層、4〜8nmの厚さを有する導電層、及び87〜95nmの厚さを有し1.5未満の屈折率を有する層を含み、
前記反射防止被覆の外側層はシリカベースの層である、眼科用レンズ。 - 前記多層反射防止被覆は30°以下の入射角(θ)において275°〜325°の色相(h)を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は35°を越える入射角(θ)に対して11以下であるクロマC*を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は、20°〜50°の範囲の入射角に対して、ISO13666:1998規格で定義された関数W(λ)により重み付けられた280nm〜380nm間の平均反射率RUVを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は、35°以下の入射角に対して、可視領域において1.15%以下の平均反射率Rmを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は5以上の層を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は7以下の層を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止被覆は100〜300nmの厚さを有するシリカベースの副層層上に蒸着される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記眼科用レンズの前記後主面と前記前主面は前記多層反射防止被覆で被覆される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記前主面は請求項2に記載の多層反射防止被覆を含み、前記後主面は請求項4に記載の多層反射防止被覆を含む、請求項9に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は、30°〜45°の範囲の入射角に対して、ISO13666:1998規格で定義された関数W(λ)により重み付けられた280nm〜380nm間の平均反射率RUVを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は、15°の入射角に対して、可視領域において1.15%以下の平均反射率Rmを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は6以下の層を含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記多層反射防止被覆は5つの層を含む、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
