Claims (20)
- 基板と、
金属酸化物を含む光学層スタックと
を備えた光学デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、表面処理剤をさらに備えた光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記基板はガラスである光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記光学層スタックは、反射防止コーティング、バンドパスフィルタコーティング、ノッチフィルタコーティング、ダイクロイックフィルタコーティング、ミラーコーティング、及びそれらの組み合わせのうち少なくとも1つを含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記金属酸化物は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、五酸化ニオブ(Nb2O5)、五酸化タンタル(Ta2O5)、二酸化ハフニウム(HfO2)、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、酸化スカンジウム(Sc2O3)、酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)、二酸化マグネシウム(MgO2)、SiAlOx、SiOxNy、SiAlOxNy、及びそれらの混合物を含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記光学層スタックは、交互に異なる2つの金属酸化物層を含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記光学層スタックは、交互に異なる2つの金属酸化物層を酸化アルミニウムの最上層と共に含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記光学層スタックは、交互に異なる2つの金属酸化物層を酸化アルミニウムの最下層と共に含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項5に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記金属酸化物は酸化アルミニウムであり、該酸化アルミニウムは機械的及び化学的バリアである光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記光学層スタックは、交互に異なる2つの金属酸化物層を二酸化ケイ素の最上層と共に含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項2に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記表面処理剤は、パーフルオロ(ポリ)エーテル基含有シラン化合物を含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、該光学デバイスは、過酷な機械的条件及び環境条件下での使用に関して機械的及び環境的耐久性を示す光学デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記基板は、光学スタック及び表面処理剤を含む第1面を有し、前記基板は、透明導光体を含む第2面を有する光学デバイス。
- 請求項13に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記透明導光体は、インジウムスズ酸化物又はインジウムチタン酸化物を含む光学デバイス。
- 請求項13に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記第2面に親水層又は超親水層をさらに備えた光学デバイス。
- 請求項15に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、前記親水層は、ポリウレタン類、シロキサン類、金属酸化物類、ポリグリコール類、及びそれらの混合物から選択される材料を含む光学デバイス。
- 金属酸化物を含む光学層スタックと、
表面処理剤と
を備えた光学デバイス。 - 請求項17に記載の光学デバイスにおいて、基板をさらに備えた光学デバイス。
- 光学デバイスを作製する方法であって、
ロングスローマグネトロンスパッタリングプロセスにより金属酸化物を含む光学層スタックを形成するステップと、
前記光学層スタックの最上層に表面処理剤を塗布して前記光学デバイスを形成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法において、基板上に前記光学デバイスを施すステップをさらに含む方法。
