Description
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも第一端部と第二端部を有する引張手段(28)の張力を調節することができる引張手段張力調節装置(30)であって、
a)引張手段(28)の第一端部を固定可能な第一固定部(42)を有する第一固定手段(32)と、
b)引張手段(28)の第二端部を固定可能な第二固定部(64)を有する第二固定手段(34)と、
c)第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とが相対的に可動であり且つその可動性が少なくとも片側に制限されるように、第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とを互いに連結する連結手段とを備え、該連結手段は、内部に少なくとも部分的に第二固定手段(34)を保持する受け手段(36)と、可動配置されたエレメントに接続するための保持手段(40)とを備え、
d)第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とが、少なくとも二つの弦巻バネ要素(38、62)によって、互いにプリテンションを受けられ、該少なくとも二つの弦巻バネ要素(38)は、軸方向第一端が受け手段(36)の外側に配置され、軸方向第二端が第二固定手段(34)の第二固定部(64)に配置された状態で配置され、前記第二固定手段(34)は、連結手段内に配置され連結手段と確実に連結する保障部(56)を備え、
e)第一固定手段(32)が連結手段に対して不動である、
引張手段張力調節装置(30)。 - 前記引張手段(28)が二つの端部のみを有する、請求項1に記載の引張手段張力調節手段。
- 第一固定手段(32)の第一固定部(42)と第二固定手段(34)の第二固定部(64)とが軸方向反対向きに配向されるように、連結手段が第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とを互いに連結する、請求項1又は2に記載の引張手段張力調節装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の引張手段張力調節装置(30)の、溶着装置における使用。
- 前記溶着装置が、振動溶着装置(1)、赤外線溶着装置、熱板溶着装置、若しくはその組み合わせである、請求項4に記載の引張手段張力調節装置の使用。
- 引張手段張力調節装置(30)が、引張手段(28)としてのチェーン若しくはベルトと共に使用される、請求項4又は5に記載の引張手段張力調節装置の使用。
- a)可動配置されたエレメントと、
b)可動配置されたエレメントを移動させるための引張手段(28)と、
c)第一固定部(42)を介して引張手段(28)の第一端部に連結され、第二固定部(64)を介して引張手段(28)の第二端部に連結された、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の引張手段張力調節装置(30)と、
を備える溶着装置。 - 前記溶着装置が振動溶着装置である、請求項7に記載の溶着装置。
- 引張手段張力調節装置(28)が、連結手段によって、可動配置されたエレメントに取付けられている、請求項7又は8に記載の溶着装置。
- 前記可動配置されたエレメントが昇降テーブル(14)である、請求項9に記載の溶着装置。
- 前記b)可動配置されたエレメントを移動させるための引張手段(28)が、昇降テーブル(14)を往復動させるための引張手段(28)である、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の溶着装置。
- a)引張手段(28)の第一端部を固定可能な第一固定部(42)を有する第一固定手段(32)を設ける工程(A)と、
b)引張手段(28)の第二端部を固定可能な第二固定部(64)を有する第二固定手段(34)を設ける工程(B)と、
c)内部に少なくとも部分的に第二固定手段(34)を保持する受け手段(36)と、可動配置されたエレメントに接続するための保持手段(40)とを備える連結手段を設ける工程(C)と、第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とが相対的に可動であり、且つその可動性が少なくとも片側に制限されるように、第一固定手段(32)及び第二固定手段(34)を連結手段に取付ける工程(D)であって、第一固定手段(32)が連結手段に対して不動であり、前記第二固定手段(34)は、連結手段内に配置され連結手段と確実に連結する保障部(56)を備える、工程(D)と、
d)第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とが、少なくとも二つの弦巻バネ要素(38)によって、互いにプリテンションを受けられるように、該少なくとも二つの弦巻バネ要素(38)を、軸方向第一端が受け手段(36)の外側に配置され、軸方向第二端が第二固定手段(34)の第二固定部(64)に配置された状態で配置する工程(E)と、
を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の引張手段張力調節装置(30)の製造方法。 - a)請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の引張手段張力調節装置(30)を設ける工程(i)と、
b)引張手段が二つの端部を有するように、溶着装置の引張手段(28)を分割する工程(ii)と、
c)引張手段(28)の第一端部を、引張手段張力調節装置(30)の第一固定手段(32)の第一固定部(42)に連結する工程(iii)と、
d)引張手段(28)の第二端部を、引張手段張力調節装置(30)の第二固定手段(34)の第二固定部(64)に連結する工程(iv)と、
e)引張手段張力調節装置(30)の連結手段を溶着装置に取付ける工程(v)と
を含む、溶着装置の改造方法。 - 引張手段(28)が連続チェーン若しくは連続ベルトである、請求項13に記載の改造方法。
- 引張手段張力調節装置(30)の連結手段を溶着装置に取付ける前記工程(v)が、引張手段張力調節装置(30)の連結手段を、溶着装置において引張手段によって可動なエレメントに取付ける工程である、請求項13又は14に記載の改造方法。
- f)第一固定手段(32)の第一固定部(42)と第二固定手段(34)の第二固定部(64)との間の距離を調節することによって、引張手段(28)のプリテンションを調節する工程をさらに含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の溶着装置の改造方法。
- 前記距離を調節することを、連結手段の調節部によって行う、請求項16に記載の改造方法。
- 少なくとも第一端部及び第二端部を有する引張手段(28)の張力調節方法であって、
a)引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部とが互いに可動であり、且つその可動性が少なくとも片側に制限されるように、引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部とを、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の引張手段張力調節装置(30)の連結手段によって接続する工程(a)と、
b)引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部とが互いにプリテンションを受けられるように、少なくとも一つのバネ要素(38、62)を配置する工程(b)と、
c)連結手段によって連結された引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部との間のバネによるプリテンションによって引張手段(28)がプリテンションを受けるように、該第一端部と該第二端部との間の相対的距離を変更する工程(c)と、
を含む、引張手段(28)の張力調節方法。 - 引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部とを、連結手段によって接続する工程が、
d)引張手段(28)の第一端部を、連結手段に連結された第一固定手段(32)に連結する工程(d)と、
e)引張手段(28)の第二端部を、連結手段に連結された第二固定手段(34)に連結する工程(e)と、を含み、
f)引張手段(28)の第一端部と第二端部との間の相対的距離を調節できるように、第一固定手段(32)と第二固定手段(34)とが相対的に可動であり、且つその可動性が少なくとも片側に制限される、請求項18に記載の張力調節方法。 - 引張手段(28)の第一端部及び/又は第二端部が連結手段から外れないにようにする保護部が形成されるよう、第一固定手段(32)及び/又は第二固定手段(34)を連結手段に連結する、請求項19に記載の張力調節方法。
- 前記引張手段(28)の第一端及び/又は第二端が連結手段から外れないようにすることが、引張手段(28)の引張方向に外れないようにすることである、請求項19又は20に記載の張力調節方法。
