Claims (13)
- 液化ガス貯蔵タンクから需要先まで連結された液化ガス供給ラインと、
前記需要先と前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクとの間の前記液化ガス供給ライン上に設けられ、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから供給される液化ガスを熱伝達媒体と熱交換させる熱交換器と、
前記熱伝達媒体を加熱する媒体ヒーターと、
前記媒体ヒーターから前記熱交換器まで連結された媒体循環ラインと、
前記液化ガス供給ライン上に設けられ、液化ガスの温度を測定する液化ガス温度センサーと、
前記液化ガスの測定温度に基づいて、前記媒体ヒーターに流入される前記熱伝達媒体の流量または前記媒体ヒーターが前記熱伝達媒体に供給する熱量を可変するコントローラと、
を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記液化ガスの測定温度を前記需要先の液化ガスの要求温度に収束させるための前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出する目標温度算出器を含み、
前記目標温度算出器は、前記需要先の液化ガスの要求温度と前記液化ガスの測定温度間の偏差を用いたPID制御によって前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出し、
前記コントローラは、カスケード制御を実行し、前記カスケード制御は、前記熱伝達媒体の前記目標温度に基いて、前記媒体ヒーターに流入される前記熱伝達媒体の流量または前記媒体ヒーターが前記熱伝達媒体に供給する熱量を可変し、前記熱伝達媒体の前記温度は、前記熱伝達媒体の前記目標温度に収束することを特徴とする液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記目標温度算出器は、一定の時間間隔またはリアルタイムで前記液化ガスの測定温度を用いて前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記液化ガス温度センサーは、前記液化ガス供給ライン上で前記熱交換器と前記需要先との間に設けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 少なくとも一部の熱伝達媒体が前記媒体循環ラインから分岐されて前記媒体ヒーターを迂回できるようにする分岐ラインをさらに含み、
前記コントローラは、前記分岐ライン上に設けられる迂回調節弁を介して前記分岐ラインに流入される前記熱伝達媒体の流量を調節することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記熱伝達媒体を貯蔵する媒体タンクと、
前記媒体タンクに貯蔵された前記熱伝達媒体を前記媒体ヒーターに供給する媒体ポンプとをさらに含み、
前記コントローラは、前記媒体ポンプの駆動を制御して前記媒体ポンプから前記媒体ヒーターに供給される前記熱伝達媒体の流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記媒体ヒーターに熱源を供給する熱源供給ラインと、
前記熱源供給ライン上に設けられ、前記熱源供給ラインの開度を調節する熱源供給弁とをさらに含むが、
前記コントローラは、前記熱源供給弁の開度を制御して前記媒体ヒーターが熱伝達媒体に供給する熱源の量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記液化ガス供給ライン上に設けられ、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから排出された液化ガスを加圧するポンプをさらに含み、
前記熱交換器は、前記ポンプから供給される液化ガスを熱伝達媒体と熱交換させることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記熱伝達媒体は、グリコールウォーターであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 液化ガス処理システムを駆動する方法と関連する液化ガス処理方法であって、液化ガスを熱交換器において熱伝達媒体で加熱して需要先に供給し、媒体ヒーターが前記熱伝達媒体を加熱して前記熱交換器に供給し、前記処理方法は、
前記需要先に供給される液化ガスの温度を測定する段階と、
前記液化ガスの測定温度を前記需要先の液化ガスの要求温度に収束させるための前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出する段階と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出する段階は、前記需要先の液化ガスの要求温度と、前記液化ガスの測定温度との偏差を用いたPID制御によって前記熱伝達媒体の目標温度を算出し、前記熱伝達媒体の前記目標温度に基いて、前記媒体ヒーターに流入される前記熱伝達媒体の流量または前記媒体ヒーターが前記熱伝達媒体に供給する熱量を可変することを含む、カスケード制御を実行し、前記熱伝達媒体の前記温度は、前記熱伝達媒体の前記目標温度に収束することを特徴とする液化ガス処理方法。 - 前記液化ガスの温度を測定する段階は、前記熱交換器と前記需要先との間の液化ガスの温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液化ガス処理方法。
- 前記熱伝達媒体の流量を可変する段階は、少なくとも一部の熱伝達媒体が前記媒体ヒーターを迂回させるが、前記媒体ヒーターを迂回する熱伝達媒体の流量を制御する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の液化ガス処理方法。
- 前記熱伝達媒体の流量を可変する段階は、前記媒体ヒーターに前記熱伝達媒体を供給する媒体ポンプの駆動を制御する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理方法。
- 前記熱伝達媒体に供給する熱量を可変する段階は、前記媒体ヒーターに流入された熱伝達媒体に供給される熱源の量を制御する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス処理方法。
