Description
Claims (13)
- 海水供給装置により供給される海水を通じて液化ガスを再気化させる再気化装置を含むガス再気化システムを備える船舶において、
前記海水供給装置は、
前記再気化装置に前記海水を供給する海水供給ラインと、
前記再気化装置から前記海水を排出させる海水排出ラインと、
前記海水排出ラインで分岐されて、前記海水供給ラインを連結する循環連結ラインと、
前記循環連結ライン上に備えられ、前記循環連結ラインに流動する海水の圧力を保持させる海水貯蔵タンクと、
前記海水貯蔵タンクと前記循環連結ラインを連結するタンク連結ラインと、を含み、
前記タンク連結ラインは、
前記海水排出ライン上に流動する海水が外部に排出されずに前記循環連結ラインに流動するように切り替える前に、前記循環連結ライン上に前記海水貯蔵タンク内部の流体を供給することを特徴とするガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記循環連結ライン上に配置された、第1開閉バルブ、及び、第2開閉バルブをさらに備え、
前記第1開閉バルブは、前記循環連結ライン上の前記海水供給ラインと連結される地点から前記第2開閉バルブより近くに配置され、
前記第2開閉バルブは、前記循環連結ライン上の前記海水排出ラインで分岐される地点から前記第1開閉バルブより近くに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記海水供給ライン上に備えられて、前記海水を前記再気化装置に供給する海水ポンプをさらに含み、
前記海水ポンプは、
海水面より低く位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記海水供給ライン上の前記海水ポンプの上流に備えられる第3開閉バルブと、
前記海水排出ライン上の前記循環連結ラインの分岐点より下流に備えられる第4開閉バルブと、
前記タンク連結ライン上に備えられる圧力保持流体供給バルブと、
前記第1〜第4開閉バルブ及び前記圧力保持流体供給バルブの開度を調節して、前記海水排出ライン上に流動する海水が外部に排出されずに前記循環連結ラインに流れるように切り替えることをノンストップ(Non−Stop)で実現させる制御部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記制御部は、
前記海水排出ライン上に流動する海水が外部に排出されずに前記循環連結ラインに流動するように切り替える前に、前記圧力保持流体供給バルブを開放して前記循環連結ラインに前記流体を供給するように制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記制御部は、
前記循環連結ライン上に前記流体が満たされる場合、第3及び第4開閉バルブを閉鎖し、前記第1及び第2開閉バルブを開放するように制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記海水貯蔵タンクは、
大気圧を利用して海水の圧力を保持させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記海水貯蔵タンク内部の流体は、
海水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 火災を鎮圧する消火水を貯蔵する火災鎮圧用消火水貯蔵タンクをさらに含み、
前記海水貯蔵タンクは、
前記火災鎮圧用消火水貯蔵タンクと連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記火災鎮圧用消火水貯蔵タンクは、
前記海水排出ライン上に流動する海水が外部に排出されずに前記循環連結ラインに流動するように切り替える前に、内部に貯蔵された前記消火水を前記海水貯蔵タンクに供給することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガス再気化システムを備えする船舶。 - 前記再気化装置は、
前記液化ガスを前記海水で直接気化させる気化器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記再気化装置は、
前記液化ガスを中間熱媒で気化させる気化器と、
前記海水の熱源を前記中間熱媒に供給する熱源熱交換器と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。 - 前記第1開閉バルブはノンストップ切り替えバルブで、前記第2開閉バルブは循環バルブで、前記第3開閉バルブは海水供給バルブで、前記第4開閉バルブは海水排出バルブであり、前記制御部は第3制御部で、前記海水貯蔵タンクは圧力保持装置で、前記タンク連結ラインは圧力保持装置連結ラインであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス再気化システムを備える船舶。
