Description
Claims (2)
- 安全に関わる危険な状況においてレーザー光源をオフするために設けられた、レーザー光源を備えるヘッドランプ用の安全装置であって、
前記安全装置は、ヘッドランプユニット(1)、モニターシステム(14)、ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)、および少なくとも一つの補助ヘッドランプ(8)とスイッチ(9)を備えており、
前記ヘッドランプユニット(1)は少なくとも1つのレーザー光源(2)、光変換器(3)及び光学素子(4)を有し、
前記モニターシステム(14)は安全に関わる危険な状態が存在する場合、制御信号(sta、sts、stv、stP)を発信し、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は前記制御信号(sta、sts、stv、stP)が供給された場合、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフする/オフしたままで維持し、
前記補助ヘッドランプ(8)とスイッチ(9)は前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に制御され、前記レーザー光源(2)がオフされたときには前記スイッチ(9)が前記補助ヘッドランプ(8)をオンし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、速度センサ(Sv)の信号(stv)が供給され、前記信号(stv)の示す車速が所定の車速(v0)を下回った場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、前記補助ヘッドランプ(8)をオンにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、前記光変換器(3)の蛍光体の飽和及び透光性を含む欠陥状態を検知する蛍光体センサ(SP)の蛍光体状態信号(stP)が供給され、前記蛍光体状態信号(stP)により蛍光体が欠陥状態にあることが検出された場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、エアバッグ制御装置(12)から少なくとも一つの制御信号が供給され、前記制御信号が供給された場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、加速度センサ(Sa)の信号(sta)が供給され、前記信号(sta)の示す加速度が所定の加速度を上回った場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)が前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにする所定の加速度は、前記エアバッグ制御装置(12)が前記少なくとも一つの制御信号を供給する加速度より小さい、ことを特徴とする、安全装置。 - 自動車の少なくとも1つのヘッドランプ(1)の少なくとも1つのレーザー光源(2)のセーフティカットオフ方法であって、
車両側のサブシステムとヘッドランプ側のサブシステムとの間で、インターフェースを介して、安全に関係する信号(sa1、sa2、sa3、sL、sP、sB、sC、sD)が交換され、モニタシステム(14)に供給されて、前記モニタシステム(14)から制御信号(sta、sts、stv、stP)がヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に送られ、危険な状態が生じた場合は、前記安全に関係する信号(sa1、sa2、sa3、sL、sP、sB、sC、sD)に応じて、前記レーザー光源(2)がオフされる/オフされたまま維持され、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、速度センサ(Sv)の信号(sv)が供給され、前記信号(sv)の示す車速が所定の車速(v0)を下回った場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、補助ヘッドランプ(8)をオンにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、光変換器(3)の蛍光体の飽和及び透光性を含む欠陥状態を検知する蛍光体センサ(SP)の蛍光体状態信号(stP)が供給され、前記蛍光体状態信号(stP)により蛍光体が欠陥状態にあることが検出された場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、エアバッグ制御装置(12)から少なくとも一つの制御信号が供給され、前記制御信号が供給された場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)に、加速度センサ(Sa)の信号(sta)が供給され、前記信号(sta)の示す加速度が所定の加速度を上回った場合、前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)は、前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにし、
前記ヘッドランプコントローラ(10)が前記レーザー光源(2)をオフにする所定の加速度は、前記エアバッグ制御装置(12)が前記少なくとも一つの制御信号を供給する加速度より小さい、ことを特徴とする、方法。
