Abstract

본 발명은 비상경고등 점등장치에 관한 것으로서, 충격감지센서 S1와 연결된 제어장치(10)의 출력신호에 의해 프리텐셔너를 작동시켜 시트벨트를 잡아당기는 시트벨트 리트랙터(20)를 장착한 차량에 있어서, 차량의 충돌 및 급감속에 따라 발생되는 시트벨트 리트랙터 구동신호에 의해 작동하는 릴레이RY1의 스위치를 전원공급라인 B+에 연결된 비상경고등 스위치 SW1와 병렬로 접속하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 차량 충돌이나 급감속시 자동으로 비상경고등을 점등시킬 수 있기 때문에 후방 차량에게 신속하게 자기차의 위험상황을 알려주게 됨으로써 후방 차량의 2차 추돌사고를 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Description

비상경고등 점등장치
본 발명은 비상경고등 점등장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 시트벨트 리트랙터의 프리텐셔너로 가해지는 동작신호를 검출하여 비상경고등을 점등시키기 위한 비상경고등 점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 비상경고등은 차내 비상경고등 스위치의 조작으로 전후 좌우의 방향지시등을 함께 점멸시켜 외부에 자기차량의 이상상태 또는 긴급상황을 경고해주는 기능을 갖고 있다. 근래에는 위와 같은 목적 이외에 급정거시 후미에 따라오는 차량에게 이를 알려주어 추돌사고를 예방하기 위해 비상경고등을 작동시키는 예가 많아지고 있다. 그러나, 브레이크 조작등 긴급한 상황에서 비상경고등 스위치를 조작하는 일은 운전자의 주의를 산만하게 할 우려가 있어 안전운전에 문제가 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 차량의 급감속시 운전자가 수동으로 비상경고등을 조작하지 않더라도 비상경고등을 작동시킬 수 있는 비상경고등 점등장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 시트벨트 리트랙터를 장착한 차량에 있어서, 차량의 전방 충돌 또는 급감속에 따라 발생되는 시트벨트 리트랙터 구동신호에 의해 작동하는 릴레이의 스위치를 비상경고등 작동회로의 스위치와 병렬로 접속하여 구성된 비상경고등 점등장치가 제공된다.
상기한 본 발명의 목적과 특징 및 장점을 이해하기 쉽도록 이하 첨부도면을 참고로 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 비상경고등 점등장치의 전체 시스템이 도시되어 있다.
충격감지센서 S1와 연결된 제어장치(10)의 출력신호에 의해 프리텐셔너를 작동시켜 시트벨트를 잡아당기는 시트벨트 리트랙터(20)를 장착한 차량에 있어서, 차량의 급감속에 따라 발생되는 시트벨트 리트랙터 구동신호에 의해 작동하는 릴레이 RY1의 스위치를 전원공급라인 B+에 연결된 비상경고등 스위치 SW1와 병렬로 접속하여 구성한 것이다.
도면에서, 미설명 부호 L1, L2는 비상경고등을 나타낸다.
위와 같은 구성의 비상경고등 점등장치에서, 차량의 전방 충돌 또는 급감속에 의해 충격감지센서 S1의 스위치가 온 되면 제어장치(10)에서 이 신호를 감지하여 프리텐셔너를 작동시키는 출력신호를 발생한다. 프리텐셔너 구동신호는 시트벨트 리트랙터(20)로 공급되어 시트벨트를 안으로 끌어당김으로써 승객의 몸을 단단히 고정하게 된다.
상기 프리텐셔너 구동을 위한 전압은 리트랙터(20)로 공급되는 동시에 릴레이 RY1의 작동코일로 공급되어 릴레이 스위치를 온 시키고, 이에 따라 자동차 전원 B+이 비상경고등 L1, L2으로 공급되어 램프를 점멸시키게 된다.
제어장치(10)는 충격센서 S1의 스위치가 오프되고 나서 내부의 타이머에 의해 소정시간 지연후 프리텐셔너 구동신호 발생을 중단한다. 이에 따라 비상경고등 L1, L2의 작동이 중단된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 차량 충돌이나 급감속시 자동으로 비상경고등을 점등시킬 수 있기 때문에 후방 차량에게 신속하게 자기차의 위험상황을 알려주게 됨으로써 후방 차량의 2차 추돌사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 전원공급라인에 연결된 비상경고등 스위치에 릴레이 스위치를 접속하여 차량의 충돌 및 급감속에 따라 발생하는 신호에 의해 릴레이 스위치가 온되면서 비상경고등을 점등시킬 수 있는 비상경고등 점등장치에 있어서,
    상기 릴레이 스위치는 시트벨트 리트렉터의 구동신호에 의해 작동하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상경고등 점등장치.
