Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 주행중 급 제동시에 브레이크 에어 라인의 압력이 증압되면 비상등을 자동으로 점등하는 차량의 급 제동시 비상등 자동 점등 장치에 관한 것으로, 브레이크 에어라인(55)의 에어압이 증압하면 동작하는 압력감지 스위치(50)와 상기 압력감지 스위치(50)의 동작에 따라 비상등 점등신호를 출력하는 플레셔 유니트(10)와 상기 플레셔 유니트(10)의 신호에 따라 점등하여 비상등 기능을 수행하는 방향지시등(20)으로 구성하여, 차량의 주행중 급 제동시에 브레이크 에어 라인의 압력이 증압되면 비상등을 자동으로 점등하여 후행 차량 운전자의 방어운전을 유도함으로써 차량의 추돌사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다.

Description

차량의 급 제동시 비상등 자동 점등 장치
본 발명은 차량의 급 제동시 비상등 자동 점등 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 차량의 주행중 급 제동시에 브레이크 에어 라인의 압력이 증압되면 비상등을 자동으로 점등하는 차량의 급 제동시 비상등 자동 점등 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량을 운행하다 보면 돌발 장해물이나 선행 차량의 급정거 등으로 급 제동을 하는 경우가 발생하는데 이때, 운전자는 비상등을 점등시켜 후행 차량의 운전자에게 긴급상황을 경보한다.
그러나, 비상등을 점등시킬 시간적 여유가 없는 보다 급박한 상황이거나 운전자가 간과하여 비상등을 점등시키지 않을 경우에는 후행 차량 운전자는 선행 차량의 급정거로 당황을 하게 되고, 적절한 대처를 취하지 못할 경우에는 추돌사고를 일으키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 그 목적은 차량의 주행중 급 제동시에 브레이크 에어 라인의 압력이 증압되면 비상등을 자동으로 점등하여 후행 차량 운전자에게 긴급상황을 경고함으로써 차량의 추돌사고를 예방하는데 있다.

본 발명은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 브레이크 에어라인의 에어압이 증압하면 동작하는 압력감지 스위치; 상기 압력감지 스위치의 동작에 따라 비상등 점등신호를 출력하는 플레셔 유니트; 상기 플레셔 유니트의 신호에 따라 점등하여 비상등 기능을 수행하는 방향지시등으로 이루어짐을 그 구성상 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도1은 본 발명의 회로도로, B+전원을 퓨즈(F)를 거쳐 플레셔 유니트(10)에 연결하고, 상기 플레셔 유니트(10)에 방향지시등(20)과 방향지시등 스위치(30)를 연결하며, 상기 플레셔 유니트(10)와 상기 방향지시등 스위치(30) 사이에 비상등 스위치(40)를 병렬연결하고, 상기 플레셔 유니트(10)와 상기 비상등 스위치(40) 사이에 브레이크 에어라인(55)상에 설치한 최대압력시에만 온되는 압력감지 스위치(50)를 병렬연결하여 구성한다.
이하 상기와 같이 구성한 본 발명의 작용을 설명한다.
차량 주행 중에 돌발 장해물이나 선행 차량의 급정거 등으로 급 제동을 하여야 할 경우에 운전자가 비상등 스위치(40)를 온 시키면 플레셔 유니트(10)에 의하여 방향지시등(20)에 점멸 전류가 출력되어 상기 방향지시등(20)이 점등되어 비상등 기능을 수행한다. 상기 방향지시등(20)의 점등으로 후행 차량 운전자는 선행 차량의 긴급상황을 인지하여 차량의 주행속도를 조절하는 등의 적절한 대처를 취한다.
운전자가 비상등 스위치(40)를 조작할 여유가 없는 보다 긴박한 위험상황에서 상기 비상등 스위치(40)를 온 시키지 못하고 차량을 급 제동하면, 운전자의 조작에 의한 브레이크 페달 구동에 의하여 브레이크 마스터 실린더의 에어압이 증압되며, 상기와 같은 급 제동시에는 에어압이 최대압력으로 증압된다. 그러므로, 브레이크 에어라인(55)상에 설치한 최대압력시에만 접속하는 압력감지 스위치(50)가 온되며, 상기 압력감지 스위치(50)의 온에 따라 플레셔 유니트(10)는 방향지시등(20)에 점멸 전류를 출력한다. 이에 따라 운전자가 비상등 스위치(40)를 온 시키지 않았을 때에도 방향지시등(20)이 점등되어 비상등 기능을 수행하며, 후행 차량 운전자는 선행 차량의 긴급상황을 인지하여 차량의 주행속도를 조절하는 등의 적절한 대처를 취한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 차량의 주행중 급 제동시에 브레이크 에어 라인의 압력이 증압되면 비상등을 자동으로 점등하여 후행 차량 운전자의 방어운전을 유도함으로써 차량의 추돌사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 브레이크 에어라인의 에어압이 증압하면 동작하는 압력감지 스위치; 상기 압력감지 스위치의 동작에 따라 비상등 점등신호를 출력하는 플레셔 유니트; 상기 플레셔 유니트의 신호에 따라 점등하여 비상등 기능을 수행하는 방향지시등으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급 제동시 비상등 자동 점등 장치.
