以下では添付した図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態に対して本発明が属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が容易に実施できるように詳しく説明する。しかし本発明はいろいろ多様な形態に具現されることができここで説明する実施の形態に限定されない。そして図面で本発明を明確に説明するために説明と関係ない部分は省略し、明細書全体を介して類似の部分に対しては類似の図面符号を付けた。
Claims (16)
- 半導体基板と、前記半導体基板の後面に形成され、異なる導電性電荷を収集する第1電極と第2電極を含む複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの後面に前記第1、第2電極と交差する第2方向に長く配置され、前記第1電極と導電性接着剤を介して電気的に接続し、前記第2電極と絶縁層により絶縁される第1配線と、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの後面に前記第1、第2電極と交差する第2方向に長く配置され、前記第2電極と前記導電性接着剤を介して電気的に接続し、前記第1電極と絶縁層により絶縁される第2配線と、
前記複数の太陽電池の内で互いに隣接した第1、第2太陽電池と、の間に位置し、前記第1太陽電池に接続した前記第1配線と前記第2太陽電池に接続した前記第2配線に共通に接続したコネクタと、
前記複数の太陽電池の前面に形成された透明基板と、
前記複数の太陽電池の後面に形成された後面シートと、
を含み、
前記コネクタは、前記第1太陽電池の半導体基板と第1距離だけ離隔され、前記第2太陽電池の半導体基板と第2距離だけ離隔され、
前記第1配線は、前記複数の太陽電池の各々で前記導電性接着剤により前記第1電極と接続され、前記絶縁層により前記第2電極と絶縁され、
前記第2配線は、前記複数の太陽電池の各々で前記導電性接着剤により前記第2電極と接続され、前記絶縁層により前記第1電極と絶縁され、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの半導体基板の後面に位置する前記絶縁層のそれぞれの塗布面積は、前記導電性接着剤のそれぞれの塗布面積より大きく、
前記コネクタは、前記透明基板に向かう第1面と前記後面基板に向かう第2面を含み、
前記第1配線と前記第2配線は、すべて前記第2面に接続された、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線又は第2配線の先端と前記コネクタとの重畳領域は、前記コネクタの幅と同じか狭い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線又は第2配線の先端と前記コネクタとの重畳領域は、前記コネクタの幅×1/3と同じか大きい、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの前記第1面には、複数の凹凸が備えられ、前記複数の凹凸は、第1凹凸と前記第1凹凸よりさらに大きい大きさを有する第2凹凸を含むか、上り傾斜面又は下り傾斜面のみを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの長さは、前記複数の配線の内、最初と最後に位置する二つの配線間の距離と同じかより大きく、前記第1太陽電池の幅と前記複数の太陽電池のストリングの間の間隔の合計より小さい、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの中心の幅は、前記コネクタの端の幅より小さい、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの端の幅と前記コネクタの中心の幅の差の最大値は、10mmである、請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線と前記第2配線は互いに、前記コネクタにおいて、前記コネクタの幅と同じか、小さい距離で対面する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタによって互に接続されて列を成す複数の太陽電池からなる複数のストリングと、
前記複数のストリングの中で、互いに隣接する第1ストリングと第2ストリングを接続するブッシングバーを含み、
前記コネクタの断面積は、前記ブッシングバーの断面積よりも小さい、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1太陽電池と前記コネクタとの間の間隔及び、前記第2太陽電池と前記コネクタとの間の間隔は、50μm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの幅は、0.1mm〜20mmであり、前記コネクタの厚さは0.015mm〜2mmである、請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの厚さは、前記第1配線又は前記第2配線の内の少なくとも一つの厚さと同じかより薄い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの幅は、前記第1距離又は前記第2距離の内、少なくとも1つと同じかより大きい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線と前記第2配線の合計は6以上であり、前記第1配線の数と前記第2配線の数は、同じである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの第1面は、前記透明基板を介して入射される光を反射する反射面である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタの第1面は、凹凸を含むか、金属材でコーティングされた、請求項15に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
