Claims (20)
- 面取りされたコーナー部を含む半導体基板と前記半導体基板上に第1導電性電荷を収集する第1電極と、前記第1導電性電荷と反対の第2導電性電荷を収集する第2電極をそれぞれが含む複数の太陽電池と、
第1方向において前記複数の太陽電池の内、第1太陽電池の第1電極と前記第1太陽電池に隣接した第2太陽電池の前記第2電極に電気的に接続され、
前記第1方向と交差する第2方向で互いに並行に配置された複数の配線材とを含み、
前記半導体基板は、
前記面取りされたコーナー部が含まれた第1領域と第2領域、前記第1領域と第2領域の間の第3領域を含み、
前記第1領域及び前記第2領域は、それぞれ前記第1方向と平行な半導体基板の側面を含み、前記複数の配線材は、互いに同一の第1間隔で位置し、
前記複数の配線材は、
前記太陽電池の前記第1領域と第2領域に各々配置された複数の第1配線材と、前記第3領域に配置された複数の第2配線材を含み、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域にそれぞれ配置された前記複数の第1配線材の数の合より前記第3領域に配置された前記複数の第2配線材の数がさらに多く、
前記第1電極は、前記第1方向にそれぞれ配置された複数の電極パッド部を有し、前記第1領域及び前記第2領域に位置する前記電極パッド部の内、前記第1方向の最外郭に位置する電極パッド部は、前記第3領域に位置する前記電極パッド部の内、前記第1方向の最外郭に位置する電極パッド部と互いに異なる第2方向の位置に形成され、
前記第1配線材の長さは、前記第2配線材の長さより短い、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線材に接続された第1電極と第2電極の総数は、前記第2配線材に接続された第1電極と第2電極の総数より少ない、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線材の端は、前記面取りされたコーナー部から第1距離だけ離れており、前記第2配線材の端は、前記半導体基板の端から第2距離だけ離れている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離と前記第2距離は同じである、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離は隣接する第1電極のピッチより小さい、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離は前記第2距離より短い、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの前面に位置し、前記第2電極は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの後面に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2電極と前記複数の配線材が交差する部分には、電極パッド部が形成される、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれは、断面が円形であるワイヤで形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれは、断面が長方形であるリボンで形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電極パッド部は、前記第1領域と第2領域で、前記第1電極と前記第1配線材の交点に配置される複数の第1パッド部と、
前記第3領域で、前記第1電極と前記第2配線材の交点に配置される複数の第2パッド部を含み、
前記第1配線材の端は、前記複数の第1パッド部の内、前記半導体基板の端の最とも近くに位置する最外郭パッド部に固定され、前記第2配線材の端は前記複数の第2パッド部の内、前記太陽電池の端の最も近くに位置する最外郭パッド部に固定される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線材が固定される第1最外郭パッド部は、前記面取りされたコーナー部から第3距離だけ離れており、前記第2配線材が固定される第2最外郭パッド部は、前記半導体基板の端から第4距離だけ離れている、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離と前記第4距離と同じである、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離と第4距離のそれぞれは、5〜15(mm)である、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離は前記第4距離より短い、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の第1パッド部は、複数の第1電極を接続する複数の接続電極のそれぞれに接続され、前記複数の第2パッド部は、前記複数の接続電極のそれぞれに接続される、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の接続電極は、前記第1領域と第2領域と前記第3領域のそれぞれに存在する前記第1電極のすべてと接続される、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接続電極は、前記最外郭パッド部と前記半導体基板の端との間に存在する少なくとも一つの第1電極を、前記最外郭パッド部に接続する、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 斜線方向に延長するように構成され、前記最外郭パッド部と前記半導体基板の端との間に存在する少なくとも一つの第1電極を、前記最外郭パッド部に接続するリンク電極をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の第2配線材の数は、前記複数の第1配線材の数より少なくとも5倍以上多い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
