Claims (30)
- 第1導電性電荷を収集する第1電極と、前記第1導電性電荷と反対の第2導電性電荷を収集する第2電極をそれぞれが含み、互いに隣り合うように配置された複数の太陽電池と、
前記第1電極を隣接した太陽電池の前記第2電極に電気的に接続し、互いに並行に配置した複数の配線材とを含み、
前記複数の配線材は、
曲線端を備えたコーナー部を備える太陽電池のコーナー領域に配置される第1配線材と、前記コーナー領域を除外した前記太陽電池の非コーナー領域に配置される第2配線材を含み、
前記第2配線材の端と前記太陽電池の端の間に存在し、前記第1配線材又は前記第2配線材と接続されない第1電極は、接続バーによって前記第2配線材に接続された他の第1電極に接続される、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線材の長さは、前記第2配線材の長さより短い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線材に接続された第1電極と第2電極の総数は、前記第2配線材に接続された第1電極と第2電極の総数より少ない、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線材の端は、前記コーナー部から第1距離だけ離れており、前記第2配線材の端は、前記太陽電池の端から第2距離だけ離れている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離と前記第2距離は同じである、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離は隣接する第1電極のピッチより小さい、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1距離は前記第2距離より短い、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの前面に位置し、前記第2電極は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの後面に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極と前記複数の配線材が交差する部分または前記第2電極と前記複数の配線材が交差する部分には、電極パッド部が形成される、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極と前記第2電極は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれの後面に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極と前記第1電極に電気的に接続される前記複数の配線材が交差する部分には、導電性接着部が形成され、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極に電気的に接続される前記複数の配線材が交差する部分には、絶縁性接着部が形成される、請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記隣接した太陽電池の前記第2電極に接続された前記複数の配線材と前記第1電極に接続された前記複数の配線材は、互いに接続バーを介して接続される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接続バーは、前記隣接した太陽電池の間に位置する、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接続バーは、前記第2電極に接続された前記複数の配線材の長さ方向及び前記第1電極に接続された前記複数の配線材の長さ方向と交差する方向に延長する、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の非コーナー領域は、前記太陽電池の半導体基板の中心に位置し、前記太陽電池のコーナー領域は、前記半導体基板の前記非コーナー領域の両側に位置し、
前記コーナー領域での前記半導体基板の長さは、前記非コーナー領域での前記半導体基板の長さより短い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 第1電極に接続される少なくとも1つの配線材と第2電極に接続される少なくとも1つの配線材が前記コーナー領域に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれは、断面が円形であるワイヤで形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれは、断面が長方形であるリボンで形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記コーナー領域において、前記第1電極と前記第1配線材の交点に配置される複数の第1パッド部と、
前記非コーナー領域において、前記第1電極と前記第2配線材の交点に配置される複数の第2パッド部をさらに含み、
前記第1配線材の端は、前記複数の第1パッド部の内、前記太陽電池の端の最も近くに位置する最外郭パッド部に固定され、前記第2配線材の端は、前記複数の第2パッド部の内、前記太陽電池の端の最も近くに位置する最外郭パッド部に固定される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線材が固定される第1最外郭パッド部は、前記コーナー部から第3距離だけ離れており、前記第2配線材が固定される第2最外郭パッド部は、前記太陽電池の端から第4距離だけ離れている、請求項19に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離と前記第4距離と同じである、請求項20に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離と第4距離のそれぞれは、5〜15(mm)である、請求項21に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3距離は前記第4距離より短い、請求項20に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1最外郭パッド部と前記第2最外郭パッド部は、前記第1電極の延長方向を基準にして、同じ線上に位置する、請求項20に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の第1パッド部は、複数の前面電極を接続する複数の接続電極のそれぞれに接続され、前記複数の第2パッド部は、前記複数の接続電極のそれぞれに接続される、請求項19に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の接続電極は、前記コーナー領域と前記非コーナー領域のそれぞれに存在する前記第1電極のすべてと接続される、請求項25に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 接続電極は、前記最外郭パッド部と前記太陽電池の端との間に存在する少なくとも一つの第1電極を、前記最外郭パッド部に接続する、請求項22に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 斜線方向に延長するように構成され、前記最外郭パッド部と前記太陽電池の端との間に存在する少なくとも一つの第1電極を、前記最外郭パッド部に接続するリンク電極をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1配線部材は複数の第1配線部材を含み、前記第2配線材は複数の第2配線部材を含み、前記複数の第2配線部材の数は、前記複数の第1配線材の数より少なくとも5倍以上多い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれは、前記複数の配線材の総数を、前記太陽電池の幅で区画されたそれぞれの領域の中央に位置する、請求項25に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
