Abstract
【解決手段】太陽電池モジュールは、半導体基板110と、半導体基板110に互いに異なる極性を有し、第1方向に長く配置される第1電極と第2電極をそれぞれ備え、第1方向と交差する第2方向に長く配列される第1、第2太陽電池C1、C2と第1、第2太陽電池C1,C2を第2方向に直列接続するために、第2方向に長く伸びて、第1、第2太陽電池C1、C2のそれぞれの半導体基板110上に配置されて、第1電極または第2電極に接続される複数の導電性配線210、220とを含み、複数の導電性配線210、220で、第1電極または第2電極に接続された部分を除外した残りの部分では、導電性配線210、220が、半導体基板110の厚さ方向に折り畳まれている凹凸部200Pを備える。

Claims (18)
- 半導体基板と前記半導体基板に互いに異なる極性を有し、第1方向に長く配置される第1電極と第2電極をそれぞれ備え、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に長く配列される第1、第2太陽電池と、
前記第1、第2太陽電池を前記第2方向に直列接続するために、前記第2方向に長く伸びて前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれの前記半導体基板上に配置され、前記第1電極または前記第2電極に接続される複数の導電性配線とを含み、
前記複数の導電性配線は、前記第1電極または第2電極に接続された部分を除外した残りの部分に前記半導体基板の厚さ方向に折り畳まれている凹凸部を備える、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記導電性配線において、前記凹凸部の厚さは、前記凹凸部が形成されていない部分の厚さの10%以内で同じである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部の厚さは、10%以内の誤差範囲内で均一である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部で凹凸の高さは、前記凹凸部の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部の断面はジグザグ(zigzag)形状である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部は、前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれの半導体基板との間に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の導電性配線は、前記凹凸部により前記第2方向に伸縮性を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部での谷の部分と頂部は、前記第1方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記凹凸部において、前記谷の部分から前記頂部までの高さは0.03mm〜1mmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の導電性配線のそれぞれは、1つの導電体で形成され、前記第1、第2太陽電池に接続され、
前記1つの導電体で形成された導電性配線のそれぞれは、
前記第1太陽電池の第1電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第1太陽電池の第2電極には、絶縁層によって絶縁され、
前記第2太陽電池の第2電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第2太陽電池の第1電極には、前記絶縁層によって絶縁される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記1つの導電体で形成された複数の導電性配線のそれぞれは、前記第1太陽電池の半導体基板と前記第2太陽電池の半導体基板との間に前記凹凸部を備える、請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の導電性配線は、
前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれにおいて前記第1電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第2電極には、絶縁層によって絶縁される第1導電性配線と、
前記第1導電性配線と離隔され、前記第2電極に導電性接着剤を介して接続され、前記第1電極には、絶縁層によって絶縁される第2導電性配線を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記第1、第2太陽電池との間に、前記第1方向に長く伸びたインターコネクタをさらに含み、
前記インターコネクタには、前記第1太陽電池に接続された第1導電性配線と前記第2太陽電池に接続された第2導電性配線が共通に接続される、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1導電性配線は、前記太陽電池モジュールを前面から見たとき、前記第1太陽電池の半導体基板と、前記インターコネクタとの間に露出される部分に、前記凹凸部を備え、
前記第2導電性配線は、前記太陽電池モジュールを前面から見たとき、前記第2太陽電池の半導体基板と、前記インターコネクタとの間に露出される部分に、前記凹凸部を備える、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれにおいて前記第1電極と前記第2電極は、前記半導体基板の背面に前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に長く配置される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれの半導体基板は、第1導電型の不純物がドーピングされ、
前記第1電極は、前記半導体基板の背面に位置し、前記第1導電性と反対の第2導電性の不純物がドーピングされるエミッタ部に接続され、
前記第2電極は、前記半導体基板の背面に位置し、前記半導体基板より前記第1導電型の不純物が高濃度にドーピングされる背面電界部に接続される、請求項15に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれにおいて前記第1電極は、前記半導体基板の前面に配置され、前記第2電極は、前記半導体基板の背面に配置され、
前記複数の導電性配線は、前記第1太陽電池の前面に位置する第1電極に接続され、前記第2太陽電池の背面に位置する第2電極に接続されて、前記第1、第2太陽電池を直列接続し、
前記複数の導電性配線のそれぞれは、前記第1、第2太陽電池との間で、前記凹凸部を備える、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1、第2太陽電池のそれぞれにおいて、
前記半導体基板は、第1導電型の不純物がドーピングされ、
前記第1電極は、前記半導体基板の前面に配置し、前記第1導電性と反対の第2導電性の不純物がドーピングされるエミッタ部に接続され、
前記第2電極は、前記半導体基板の背面に位置し、前記半導体基板より前記第1導電型の不純物が高濃度にドーピングされる背面電界部に接続される、請求項17に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
