Description
Claims (12)
- 2‐ピロリドンを含む単量体を連続反応器で1次重合するステップと、
前記1次重合の後、押出反応器で2次重合するステップと、を含む、粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法であって、
前記2次重合は、20℃〜140℃で1時間〜22時間、5rpm〜50rpmの攪拌速度で減圧または常圧下で行われる粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。 - 前記2‐ピロリドンを含む単量体を触媒と予め反応させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記2‐ピロリドンを含む単量体は、バイオマスから得られるものである、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記2‐ピロリドンを含む単量体は、2‐ピロリドン単量体の単独形態、または2‐ピロリドン単量体と炭素数5〜7のラクタム単量体との混合形態である、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記1次重合は、20℃〜140℃で1時間〜2時間、減圧または常圧下で行われる、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記連続反応器は、連続攪拌式反応器(CSTR)または連続管型反応器(CTR)である、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記1次重合時または前記2次重合時に、CO2開始剤およびイソシアネート系化合物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記触媒反応は、50℃〜100℃で30分〜2時間、減圧下で行われる、請求項2に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記触媒反応時に、アルカリ性触媒を添加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂は、2‐ピロリドン単量体が重合された樹脂、または2‐ピロリドン単量体と炭素数5〜7のラクタム単量体が重合された樹脂である、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂の粒子サイズが0.1mm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂の重量平均分子量が50kg/mol〜300kg/molである、請求項1に記載の粒子状ポリアミド樹脂の連続製造方法。
