Description
本願は、2013年3月13日に出願された米国特許出願第61/780,881号の優先権主張出願であり、この米国特許出願を参照により引用し、全ての目的に関してその記載内容を本明細書の一部とする。ここにパリ条約上の優先権全体を明示的に保持する。
Claims (16)
- レーザ眼手術システム用の患者インターフェース組立体であって、
患者の眼とインターフェースするよう構成された眼インターフェース装置と、
前記眼インターフェース装置に結合されると共に前記眼インターフェース装置とインターフェースされた眼内で電磁線ビームを少なくとも2次元で走査するよう動作可能に構成されたスキャナと、
前記スキャナを支持する第1の支持組立体であって、前記スキャナと当該第1の支持組立体との間の相対運動を許容することで前記眼の運動を許容するよう前記スキャナを支持する第1の支持組立体と、
前記電磁線ビームを発生させるビーム源と、
を備え、
前記スキャナ及び前記眼インターフェース装置は、前記眼の運動と関連して動き、
前記電磁線ビームは、前記眼の運動に応答して変化する光路長を備えた光路に沿って前記ビーム源から前記スキャナまで伝搬する、患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記第1の支持組立体を支持する第2の支持組立体であって、前記第1の支持組立体と当該第2の支持組立体との間の相対運動を許容することで前記眼の運動を許容するよう前記第1の支持組立体を支持する第2の支持組立体と、
前記第1の支持組立体によって支持されると共に前記電磁線ビームを反射して前記光路の一部に沿って前記スキャナまで伝搬させるよう構成された第1のレフレクタと、
を更に含む、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記第2の支持組立体を支持するベース組立体であって、前記第2の支持組立体と当該ベース組立体との間の相対運動を許容することで前記眼の運動を許容するよう前記第2の支持組立体を支持するベース組立体と、
前記第2の支持組立体によって支持されると共に前記電磁線ビームを反射して前記光路の一部に沿って伝搬させて前記第1のレフレクタに入射させるよう構成された第2のレフレクタと、
を更に含む、請求項2記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記スキャナと前記第1の支持組立体との間の前記相対運動は、第1の方向における並進であり、
前記第1の支持組立体と前記第2の支持組立体との間の前記相対運動は、前記第1の方向を横切る第2の方向における並進であり、
前記第2の支持組立体と前記ベース組立体との間の前記相対運動は、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の各々を横切る第3の方向における並進である、請求項3記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記第2の方向は、前記第1の方向に対して垂直であり、
前記第3の方向は、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の各々に対して垂直である、請求項4記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記スキャナに結合され、且つ、
(1)垂直方向における前記スキャナの重力誘起運動、及び、
(2)前記眼への重力誘起力の伝達、
のうちの少なくとも1つを抑制するよう構成された、
カウンターバランス機構体を更に含む、請求項4記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記第3の方向は、鉛直方向に向けられており、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の各々は、水平方向に向けられている、請求項6記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - (1)前記スキャナと前記第1の支持組立体との間の前記相対運動、
(2)前記第1の支持組立体と前記第2の支持組立体との間の前記相対運動、及び、
(3)前記第2の支持組立体と前記ベース組立体との間の前記相対運動
のうちの少なくとも1つは、相対回転である、請求項3記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記ベース組立体によって支持され、且つ、前記電磁線ビームを反射して当該電磁線ビームを前記光路の一部に沿って伝搬させて前記第2のレフレクタに入射させるよう構成された、第3のレフレクタ
を更に含む、請求項3載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記スキャナは、前記電磁線ビームを少なくとも2次元で走査するよう動作できる、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。
- 前記スキャナは、前記電磁線ビームを1つの焦点に集束させると共に前記焦点を3次元で走査するよう動作できる、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。
- 前記電磁線ビームは、眼組織を改変するよう構成された一連のレーザパルスを有する、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。
- (1)前記スキャナと前記第1の支持組立体との間、
(2)前記第1の支持組立体と前記第2の支持組立体との間、及び、
(3)前記第2の支持組立体と前記ベース組立体との間
からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つの相対位置をモニタリングするよう構成された少なくとも1つのセンサを更に含む、請求項3記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記スキャナと前記眼インターフェース装置との間に設けられ前記スキャナ及び前記眼インターフェース装置に結合された対物レンズ組立体を更に含み、
前記電磁線ビームは、前記スキャナから伝搬して前記対物レンズ組立体を通り、次に前記対物レンズ組立体から前記眼インターフェース装置を通る、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記スキャナは、z‐走査装置及びxy‐走査装置を有し、
前記z‐走査装置は、前記眼内で前記電磁線ビームの焦点の深さを変更するよう動作可能であり、
前記xy‐走査装置は、前記電磁線ビームの前記伝搬方向を横切る2次元内で前記焦点を走査するよう動作可能である、請求項1記載の患者インターフェース組立体。 - 前記患者に対する前記スキャナの位置決めの際、
(1)前記スキャナ及び前記第1の支持組立体、
(2)前記第1の支持体及び前記第2の支持組立体、及び、
(3)前記第2の支持組立体及び前記ベース組立体
のうちの少なくとも1つの相互間の相対運動を抑制するよう構成された少なくとも1つの装置を更に含む、請求項3記載の患者インターフェース組立体。
