- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球の量対水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーの量の比が質量で30:1〜6:1である、請求項1又は2に記載の混和剤。
- 膨張性ポリマー微小球が、(i)ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリ−o−クロロスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリメタクリロニトリル、ポリスチレン、又はそれらのコポリマー若しくは混合物のうち少なくとも1つであるポリマー;又は(ii)塩化ビニリデン−アクリロニトリル、ポリアクリロニトリル−コポリメタクリロニトリル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン−ポリアクリロニトリル、又は塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデンのコポリマー、又はそれらの混合物のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球が、100μm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球が、24μm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球が、16μm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球が、9μm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーが、少なくとも1種の架橋した高分子電解質を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の架橋した高分子電解質が、架橋ポリアクリル、架橋ポリアクリルアミド、又は共有結合的に架橋したアクリルアミド/アクリル酸コポリマーのうち少なくとも1種である、請求項9に記載の混和剤。
- 水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーが水不溶性超吸収性ポリマー粒子を含み、その際、該水不溶性超吸収性ポリマー粒子の平均サイズが、5μm〜1000μmである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- 前記水不溶性超吸収性ポリマー粒子の平均サイズが、5μm〜300μmである、請求項11に記載の混和剤。
- 耐凍結融解性及び/又は耐スケール性のセメント組成物の製造方法であって、水硬セメントと請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤との混合物を形成することを含む、前記方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全体積を基準として、0.2〜4体積パーセントの膨張した膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全体積を基準として、0.25〜3体積パーセントの膨張した膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全体積を基準として、0.002〜0.1体積パーセントの水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーを含む、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全体積を基準として、0.008〜0.08体積パーセントの水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーを含む、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全質量を基準として、0.002〜0.06質量パーセントの膨張した、膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 得られたセメント組成物が、セメント組成物の全質量を基準として、0.00002〜0.02質量パーセントの水不溶性超吸収性ポリマーを含む、請求項13又は請求項18に記載の方法。
