Description

を含み、ここで、水性スラリーは、任意に、セメント組成物または物品のための混和材料をさらに含む、製造方法も提供される。

(a)液状材料の供給源と流体連通(in fluid communication)している液状材料導管、ここで、液材材料は、未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む、
(b)液状材料が、処理帯域内で直接または間接的に熱に接触するように、熱源と熱伝達連通(in heat transfer communication)し、かつ液状材料導管と液体連通している処理帯域、および
(c)処理帯域で圧力を高めることができる、処理帯域と液体連通している背圧発生器、これによって、液状材料が処理帯域を出る際に膨張性ポリマー微小球が膨張する
を含む装置を使用して準備することができる。
(i)処理帯域内の圧力が維持または高められるように、処理帯域を通る流量を妨げるのに充分な導管の長さ、および/または
(ii)処理帯域内の圧力が維持または高められるように、液状材料導管の内部寸法より小さい内部寸法を有する導管、および/または
(iii)処理帯域内の圧力が維持または高められるように、不規則な内壁パターンを有する導管
を含んでよい。

セメント組成物をセメント組成物製造設備の中央混合機で作製した。セメント組成物は、760lbs.の水、1,690lbs.(767kg)のセメント、4,020lbs.(1,820kg)の砂、3,020lbs.(1,370kg)の57番の石、2,000lbs.(910kg)の8番の石を含んでいた。セメント組成物の体積は、約3yd3(2.3m3)であった。セメント組成物は、また1,501mLのGlenium(登録商標)7500の高性能減水剤および750mLのリン酸トリブチル(「TBP」)の消泡剤も含んでいた。
セメント組成物をセメント組成物製造設備の中央混合機で作製した。セメント組成物は、1,520lbs.の水、3,380lbs.(1,530kg)のセメント、8,040lbs.(3,650kg)の砂、6,040lbs.(2,740kg)の57番の石、および4,000lbs.(1,810kg)の8番の石を含んでいた。セメント組成物の体積は、約6yd3であった。セメント組成物は、4,002mLのGlenium(登録商標)7500の高性能減水剤および1,501mLのリン酸トリブチルの消泡剤を含んでいた。
セメント組成物をセメント組成物製造設備の中央混合機で作製した。セメント組成物は、1,204lbs.(546kg)の水、2,780lbs.(1,260kg)のセメント、6,355lbs.(2,883kg)の砂、5,069lbs.(2,299kg)の57番の石、および3,388lbs.(1,537kg)の8番の石を含んでいた。セメント組成物の体積は、約5yd3(3.8m3)であった。セメント組成物は、セメント組成物の3.0体積%のPozzolith(登録商標)80の減水剤および1,500mLのリン酸トリブチルの消泡剤を含んでいた。
(i)第一の実施形態または後続の実施形態のいずれかの方法の実施、
(ii)任意に、膨張したポリマー微小球の予備湿潤、
(iii)膨張したポリマー微小球のセメント組成物への組み込み
を含む製造方法が提供される。
(i)未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、前述のセメント組成物の製造の直前および/またはその間に熱と接触させて、膨張したポリマー微小球を作ること、
(ii)任意に、膨張したポリマー微小球の予備湿潤、
(iii)膨張したポリマー微小球のセメント組成物への組み込み、
を含み、ここで、水性スラリーは、任意に、セメント組成物のための混和材料をさらに含む、製造方法が提供される。
Claims (14)
- 未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、セメント組成物の製造の直前および/またはその間に熱と接触させることを含み、ここで、前記水性スラリーは、前記セメント組成物のための混和材料をさらに含み、かつここで、前記熱は、以下:熱交換器、マイクロ波放射線、または電気抵抗加熱器の少なくとも1つによって供給される、膨張性ポリマー微小球の膨張方法。
- 前記方法が、未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、セメント組成物の製造の間にin−situで熱と接触させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、セメント組成物の製造の間にin−situで熱と接触させることが、前記未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、セメント組成物の製造の間にセメント組成物に供給される供給水流に前記水性スラリーを導入する前に、熱と接触させることを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記水性スラリーの供給水流への流量を、制限および/または制御する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記供給水流を、セメント組成物ミキサートラックに供給する、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを、セメント組成物の製造の間にin−situで熱と接触させることが、前記未膨張の膨張性ポリマー微小球を含む水性スラリーを熱と接触させて膨張性ポリマー微小球を膨張させ、膨張した膨張性ポリマー微小球をセメント組成物製造設備で水に入れて急冷し、そして膨張した微小球を含む急冷された水性スラリーを前記設備で製造されるセメント組成物に導入するために貯蔵することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張した微小球を含む急冷された水性スラリーを、貯蔵槽で貯蔵する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張した膨張性ポリマー微小球を水に入れて急冷する前に、前記水性スラリーの流量を制限および/または制御する、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント組成物の混和材料を、前記水性スラリーを熱と接触させる前に該水性スラリーに添加する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 以下
(i)請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法の実施による膨張したポリマー微小球の形成、
(ii)前記膨張したポリマー微小球の予備湿潤、および
(iii)前記膨張したポリマー微小球の前記セメント組成物への組み込み
を含む、セメント組成物または該組成物を含むセメント物品の製造方法。 - 前記膨張したポリマー微小球の予備湿潤が、該膨張したポリマー微小球を液体に分散させることを含み、前記液体は水を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張したポリマー微小球の予備湿潤が、該膨張したポリマー微小球および液体を混合槽に添加することを含み、前記液体は水を含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張したポリマー微小球が、前記混合槽内のすべての材料の全体積の約1%から約60%までを占める、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 予備湿潤された膨張したポリマー微小球の分散液、または該予備湿潤された膨張したポリマー微小球を含む液状の混和材料を、セメント組成物に導入および混合する前に、複数の貯蔵器の少なくとも1つに保持することをさらに含む、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
