凍結融解サイクルは、水で飽和させた硬化セメント組成物、例えばコンクリートに極めて影響を及ぼしうることがよく知られている。起きた損傷を防止又は低減するための最も知られている技術は、微視的に微孔もしくは微空孔を組成物中へ取り入れることである。孔又は空隙は、内部の膨張室として機能し、及び従ってコンクリート中の凍結前線の進行に起因する水圧の軽減により、コンクリートを凍害から保護しうる。コンクリート中のかかる空隙を人工的に製造するための先行技術において使用される方法は、混合中にコンクリート中に閉じこめられた空気の小泡を安定化する空気連行剤によるものである。

ポリマー微小球、少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子、及び/又はガス発生添加剤を、それらのための液状ビヒクルとして粘度変性剤を使用してセメント質組成物に添加することを含む、セメント質組成物に耐凍結融解性をもたらす作用剤の供給方法を提供する。非従来型の耐凍害性のための作用剤、例えば微小球又はガス発生剤は、使用することが難しい乾燥粉末の形状で供給される。それらは一般に、少量でセメント質組成物に添加され、かつセメント質組成物全体にわたる均質分布を困難にする。粘度変性剤中の分散液としてのこのような非従来型の耐凍害性作用剤の供給は、特に水の比重とは異なる比重(高いか低いか)を有する微小球及びガス発生剤のより一層扱いやすい操作及び計量分配を提供する。
ガス発生剤を有する粘度変性剤の混和剤配合物
市販されている粘度変性剤を、アゾジカルボンアミドの既知の量と3〜5分間高剪断混合し、滑らかで均質な混和剤を提供した。
市販されている微小球水性分散液を、既知の量のジウタンガムと高剪断混合し、滑らかで均質な混和剤を提供した。ジウタンガム粉末を、数回に分けて添加した。
Claims (10)
- ガス発生添加剤を含む粘度変性剤、又は、ポリマー微小球及び少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子からなる群から選択される1つ以上及びガス発生添加剤を含む粘度変性剤を含有する非従来型の耐凍害性のセメント質組成物用混和剤であって、ガス発生添加剤が、窒素ガス発生化合物としてヒドラジン、ヒドラジド、アジド、アゾ化合物、アゾジカルボンアミド、トルエンスルホニルヒドラジド、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド、トルエンスルホニルアセトンヒドラゾン、トルエンスルホニルセミカーバジド、フェニルテトラゾール、ジニトロソ−ペンタメチレンテトラミン;酸素ガス発生化合物として有機過酸化物又は無機過酸化物;二酸化炭素発生化合物として重炭酸ナトリウム又は他のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩;又は空気発生化合物として活性炭であり、粘度変性剤が、高分子量のポリマー溶液を含有する、混和剤。
- 前記粘度変性剤が、少なくとも1種のセルロース、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリサッカライド、又はそれらの混合物を含有し、その際、該粘度変性剤がポリサッカライドを含有する場合には、前記ポリサッカライドは、ジウタンガム水溶液、ウェランガム水溶液、又はそれらの混合物の少なくとも1種であり、かつ該粘度変性剤がセルロースを含有する場合には、前記セルロースが、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、又はそれらの混合物の少なくとも1つである請求項1に記載の混和剤。
- 前記ポリマー微小球が、i)少なくとも1種のポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリ−o−クロロスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリメタクリロニトリル、ポリスチレン、又はそれらのコポリマー、もしくは混合物であるポリマー、又はii)少なくとも1種の塩化ビニリデン−アクリロニトリル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン−コポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアクリロニトリル−コポリメタクリロニトリル、塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデンのコポリマー、又はそれらの混合物を含有する請求項1に記載の混和剤。
- ポリマー微小球、又は少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子が、i)少なくとも1種のポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、又はそれらのコポリマー、もしくは混合物である分解性ポリマー、又はii)少なくとも1種のポリ乳酸−ポリグリコール酸、ラクチド−カプロラクトン、ラクチド−酸化エチレン、ラクチド−環状カーボネート、ラクチド派生のポリ(エステルアミド、ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−D−ラクチド)、又はそれらの混合物である分解性コポリマーを含有する請求項1に記載の混和剤。
- ポリマー微小球、又は分解性ポリマー粒子が、硬化中にセメント質組成物中で分解する請求項4に記載の混和剤。
- ポリマー微小球、又は少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子が、約100μm以下の平均直径を有する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の混和剤。
- ポリマー微小球、又は少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子が、約10μm以下の平均直径を有する請求項6に記載の混和剤。
- ポリマー微小球が、少なくとも1種のガス入り又は液体入りである請求項1に記載の混和剤。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の粘度変性剤をセメント質組成物に添加することを含む、セメント質組成物に耐凍結融解性をもたらす混和剤の供給方法であって、ガス発生添加剤を含む粘度変性剤、又は、ポリマー微小球及び少なくとも部分的に分解性のポリマー粒子からなる群から選択される1つ以上及びガス発生添加剤を含む粘度変性剤を、セメント質組成物に単独の混和剤として添加する方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法によって製造されるセメント質組成物。
