Claims (13)
- 外部からの光の入射を受けて電気を生産し、半導体基板の背面に電極を備える複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれに備えた前記電極に重畳して接続する、導電性配線と、
前記複数の太陽電池と、前記導電性配線の前面に配置され、光を透過する前面透明基板と、
前記複数の太陽電池と、前記導電性配線の背面に配置される背面シートとを含み、
前記導電性配線は前記複数の太陽電池が電気的に接続された方向と同じ方向に長く伸び、前記複数の太陽電池それぞれの背面に接続される複数の第1導電性配線を含み、
前記太陽電池モジュールを前面から見たとき、前記複数の太陽電池間に見える前記背面シートは、前記第1導電性配線の色と同じ系列の色で見え、
前記背面シートは、有色薄膜層又は有色顔料層及び第1シート層を含み、前記有色薄膜層又は前記有色顔料層は、前記第1導電性配線の色と同じ系列の色を有し、同じ系列の色を有する有色顔料が混合されて、少なくとも前記複数の太陽電池との間に位置し、前記複数の太陽電池それぞれと重畳される領域の内、一部には位置せず、0.5μm〜50μmmの厚さを有し、
前記第1シート層は、前記有色薄膜層又は前記有色顔料層の背面全体領域に位置して、白色顔料を含む絶縁性材質で形成され、80μm〜120μmの厚さを有し、
前記背面シートを前面から見たとき、前記複数の太陽電池と重畳される領域の内、前記有色薄膜層又は前記有色顔料層が位置しない部分には、前記第1シート層が見え、前記複数の太陽電池との間の領域には、前記有色薄膜層又は前記有色顔料層が見える、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記背面シートは、前記有色薄膜層を含み、
前記有色薄膜層の前面に透明絶縁性材質の第2シート層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1、第2シート層の絶縁性材質は、ポリエチレン テレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate、PET)、ポリエチレン(Polyethylene、PE)、ポリプロピレン(Polypropylene、PP)、ポリフッ化ビニル(polyvinyl fluoride、PVF)、またはポリフッ化ビニリデン(polyvinylidene difluoride、PVDF)の内、少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記有色薄膜層は、金属材質の薄膜層で形成されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記有色薄膜層の金属材質は、アルミニウムまたは銀の内、少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2シート層の厚さは、前記有色薄膜層の厚さより厚い、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記背面シートは、前記有色顔料層を含み、
前記有色顔料層には、ポリエチレン テレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate、PET)、ポリエチレン(Polyethylene、PE)、ポリプロピレン(Polypropylene、PP)、ポリフッ化ビニル(polyvinyl fluoride、PVF)、またはポリフッ化ビニリデン(polyvinylidene difluoride、PVDF)の内、少なくとも一つの絶縁性材質に前記有色顔料が添加される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記有色顔料は5μm〜50μmの間の直径または長さを有する粒子である、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記有色顔料層で前記少なくとも一つの絶縁性材質に対比、前期有色顔料の含有量は、10vol%〜40 vol%の間である、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記有色顔料層の背面には、白色絶縁性材質の第1シート層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記有色薄膜層または前記有色顔料層は、前記太陽電池モジュールを前面から見たとき、少なくとも前記複数の太陽電池との間に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記導電性配線は、
銅(Cu)またはアルミニウム(Al)の内、少なくとも一つの材質を含むコアと前記コアの表面にコーティングされており、スズ(Sn)を含むコーティング層を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記導電性配線は、前記複数の太陽電池との間に離隔され前記第1導電性配線と交差する方向に長く位置され、前記第1導電性配線が接続される第2導電性配線をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
