- 前記凹凸の傾斜面は、前記太陽電池モジュールの前面と20〜45度の角度をなす、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リボンが、前記第1太陽電池の第1電極と前記第2太陽電池の第2電極とを連結する接続部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1導電型領域及び前記第2導電型領域の少なくとも一部が、前記半導体基板の後面に位置し、
前記第1電極が、前記半導体基板の第1側に位置し、
前記第2電極が、前記第1側と反対側の前記半導体基板の第2側に位置し、
前記第1導電型領域は、前記第1電極から前記第2電極に向かって延びる複数の枝部を含み、
前記第2導電型領域は、前記第2電極から前記第1電極に向かって延びる複数の枝部を含み、
前記第1導電型領域及び前記第2導電型領域のうち少なくとも一つの前記複数の枝部は、前記接続部が位置した部分よりも前記接続部が位置していない部分においてさらに長く形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記接続部が複数個備えられており、前記接続部が前記太陽電池の中心線を基準に対称形成される、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接続部が互いに離隔して位置する、請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接続部に連結され、前記絶縁部に対応して位置する連結部を含む、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記接続部から遠ざかるほど、幅が漸次小さくなる、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リボンは、第1幅を有する部分と、第1幅よりも小さい第2幅を有する部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1幅を有する部分に少なくとも一つの貫通孔が形成される、請求項14に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リボンは、全体的に均一な幅を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リボン上に、前記リボンを前記第1電極または前記第2電極に固定する固定部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁部が樹脂またはセラミック物質を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁部が白色顔料をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 複数の太陽電池を電気的に連結するように形成され、少なくとも一面に傾斜面を有する凹凸が形成されるリボンと、
前記リボンの一面に位置し、透過性を有する絶縁部と、を含む、リボン結合体。
