Claims (10)
- 印刷対象物である基板の位置を認識して印刷を行う印刷装置であって、
前記基板が搭載されるステージと、
前記ステージに搭載された前記基板の位置を認識する位置認識部と、
前記ステージの上部に位置し、前記基板上に印刷液を塗布する印刷部と、を含み、
前記位置認識部は、
前記基板に形成された複数の円形の整列マークと、
前記整列マークを撮影するカメラと、を含み、
前記基板が前記基板の中心を基準として所定角度だけ回転した状態でも、前記整列マークの位置が等しくなるように、前記複数の整列マークは、前記基板の中心を基準として回転対称に配置され、
前記整列マークは回転対称の円の形態であり、互いに分離された8つの部分を含むことを特徴とする、印刷装置。 - 前記整列マークは、少なくとも4個であり、
前記少なくとも4個の整列マークは、90度単位で回転対称となるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。 - 前記少なくとも4個の整列マークは、正方形状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の印刷装置。
- 前記整列マークのそれぞれは、回転対称形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記位置認識部は、
前記カメラによって撮影された前記整列マークの座標値を認識する演算装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。 - 前記カメラは、少なくとも2台から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記少なくとも2台のカメラは、前記整列マークの位置に対応するように固定配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の印刷装置。
- 前記印刷部は、
前記基板上に前記印刷液を滴下する印刷ヘッドと、
前記印刷ヘッドが少なくとも2つの軸方向に移動可能に設けられる移動フレームと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。 - 前記移動フレームは、
前記ステージの上部に、第1軸方向に移動可能に設けられるフレーム部材と、前記フレーム部材に、前記第1軸に垂直な第2軸方向に移動可能に設けられる移動部材と、を含み、
前記印刷ヘッドは、前記移動部材の一側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の印刷装置。 - 前記位置認識部で認識された情報に基づいて前記基板の位置を調整する制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の印刷装置。
