Claims (3)
- 円筒状軌道面を内周に有する外側軌道輪と、その外側軌道輪の内側に組み込まれ、外周に円筒状の軌道面が設けられた内側軌道輪と、その内側軌道輪と外側軌道輪間に組み込まれた複数の円筒ころと、それぞれの円筒ころを回転自在に収容する円筒ころ数と同数のポケットが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた円筒状の保持器とからなり、前記外側軌道輪と前記内側軌道輪の一方が前記ころの端面を案内する両鍔付きとされ、他方が鍔なしとされた円筒ころ軸受において、
前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記内側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の外径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも小径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記外側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の内径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも大径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、
前記両鍔付き軌道輪における一対の鍔の少なくとも一方の鍔を軌道輪に対して別体のつば輪により形成し、そのつば輪を、円筒ころの組付け後に軌道輪に固定し、
前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の軸方向端部に小径円筒面を設け、前記つば輪には前記小径円筒面に嵌合される円筒部を設け、その円筒部に形成された径方向のボルト挿入孔から前記小径円筒面に形成された径方向のねじ孔にボルトをねじ込んで締め付けるようにした構成からなることを特徴とする円筒ころ軸受。 - 円筒状軌道面を内周に有する外側軌道輪と、その外側軌道輪の内側に組み込まれ、外周に円筒状の軌道面が設けられた内側軌道輪と、その内側軌道輪と外側軌道輪間に組み込まれた複数の円筒ころと、それぞれの円筒ころを回転自在に収容する円筒ころ数と同数のポケットが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた円筒状の保持器とからなり、前記外側軌道輪と前記内側軌道輪の一方が前記ころの端面を案内する両鍔付きとされ、他方が鍔なしとされた円筒ころ軸受において、
前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記内側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の外径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも小径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記外側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の内径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも大径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、
前記両鍔付き軌道輪における一対の鍔の少なくとも一方の鍔を軌道輪に対して別体のつば輪により形成し、そのつば輪を、円筒ころの組付け後に軌道輪に固定し、
前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の軸方向端部に小径円筒面を設け、前記つば輪には前記小径円筒面に嵌合される円筒部を設け、その円筒部の周面から軌道輪に至る径方向のピン孔を形成し、そのピン孔にピンを圧入する構成とされたことを特徴とする円筒ころ軸受。 - 円筒状軌道面を内周に有する外側軌道輪と、その外側軌道輪の内側に組み込まれ、外周に円筒状の軌道面が設けられた内側軌道輪と、その内側軌道輪と外側軌道輪間に組み込まれた複数の円筒ころと、それぞれの円筒ころを回転自在に収容する円筒ころ数と同数のポケットが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた円筒状の保持器とからなり、前記外側軌道輪と前記内側軌道輪の一方が前記ころの端面を案内する両鍔付きとされ、他方が鍔なしとされた円筒ころ軸受において、
前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記内側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の外径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも小径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、前記鍔なし軌道輪としての前記外側軌道輪を備える場合には、前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部の内径を前記円筒ころのピッチ円よりも大径として当該柱部を当該ピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、
前記両鍔付き軌道輪における一対の鍔の少なくとも一方の鍔を軌道輪に対して別体のつば輪により形成し、そのつば輪を、円筒ころの組付け後に軌道輪に固定し、
前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の側面に前記つば輪が嵌合される嵌合凹部を形成し、その嵌合凹部につば輪を圧入する構成とされており、
前記鍔付き軌道輪の側面に環状溝を形成したことを特徴とする円筒ころ軸受。
