Abstract
【解決手段】つば付外輪1の両側に設けられた一対の内向き鍔3a、3bの少なくとも一方を外輪1と別体のつば輪で形成して、そのつば輪3bを外輪1に固定する。外輪1と鍔なし内輪11間に円筒ころ21を組込み、その円筒ころ21を保持する保持器31を円筒ころ21のピッチ円PCより径方向内方に位置させて、円筒ころ21のサイズアップあるいは本数の増加により負荷容量を増大させても柱部33の幅寸法を狭小化する必要をなくし、保持器31の強度を確保する状態で負荷容量の増大が図れるようにし、内輪11が分離しても円筒ころ21およびその円筒ころ21を保持する保持器31が外輪1から分離するのを防止する。

Claims (8)
- 円筒状軌道面を内周に有する外側軌道輪と、その外側軌道輪の内側に組み込まれ、外周に円筒状の軌道面が設けられた内側軌道輪と、その内側軌道輪と外側軌道輪間に組み込まれた複数の円筒ころと、それぞれの円筒ころを回転自在に収容する円筒ころ数と同数のポケットが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた円筒状の保持器とからなり、前記外側軌道輪と前記内側軌道輪の一方が前記ころの端面を案内する両鍔付きとされ、他方が鍔なしとされた円筒ころ軸受において、
前記保持器の隣接するポケット間に形成された柱部を前記円筒ころのピッチ円と鍔なし軌道輪の円筒状軌道面間に配置し、
前記両鍔付き軌道輪における一対の鍔の少なくとも一方の鍔を軌道輪に対して別体のつば輪により形成し、そのつば輪を、円筒ころの組付け後に軌道輪に固定したことを特徴とする円筒ころ軸受。 - 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、そのつば輪に形成された軸方向のボルト挿入孔から軌道輪の側面に形成されたねじ孔にボルトをねじ込んで締め付ける構成とされた請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の軸方向端部に小径円筒面を設け、前記つば輪には前記小径円筒面に嵌合される円筒部を設け、その円筒部に形成された径方向のボルト挿入孔から前記小径円筒面に形成された径方向のねじ孔にボルトをねじ込んで締め付けるようにした構成からなる請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、そのつば輪の外側面から軌道輪に至る軸方向のピン孔を設け、そのピン孔にピンを圧入する構成とされた請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の軸方向端部に小径円筒面を設け、前記つば輪には前記小径円筒面に嵌合される円筒部を設け、その円筒部の周面から軌道輪に至る径方向のピン孔を形成し、そのピン孔にピンを圧入する構成とされた請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、鍔付き軌道輪の側面につば輪を衝合し、その鍔付き軌道輪とつば輪の衝合部における周面に、その両部品に跨るようにして複数の環状溝を周方向に間隔をおいて設け、それぞれの環状溝に環状の止め金を嵌合した構成からなる請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記つば輪を固定する手段が、前記鍔付き軌道輪の側面に前記つば輪が嵌合される嵌合凹部を形成し、その嵌合凹部につば輪を圧入する構成とされた請求項1に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記鍔付き軌道輪の側面に環状溝を形成した請求項7に記載の円筒ころ軸受。
