Abstract

L'invention concerne un montage dans lequel le palier comprend un organe extérieur fixe (3) qui est immobilisé dans le logement (1) et un organe intérieur, lesdits organes étant pourvus chacun d'une piste annulaire (3a) de roulement entre lesquelles sont disposés des rouleaux cylindriques (4), la piste de roulement extérieure (3a) présentant une portée axiale (7), ledit organe extérieur présentant un collet (8) présentant une portée radiale (8a) sur laquelle les rouleaux (4) sont en butée axiale par l'intermédiaire d'une de leurs faces latérales (4a), ledit montage comprenant en outre un anneau d'arrêt (10) qui est dissocié de l'organe extérieur (3) en étant immobilisé sur le carter (2), ledit anneau d'arrêt présentant une portée radiale (10a) sur laquelle les rouleaux (4) sont en butée axiale par l'intermédiaire de l'autre de leurs faces latérales (4b) afin d'être maintenus axialement sur la piste de roulement extérieure (3a).
