Claims (4)
- ケース内で回転シャフトをラジアル方向に支持するベアリングのアウタレースに設けられ、該ベアリングの軸線に平行で径方向外方を向いた第1平面と、
前記第1平面に対向する湾曲面を有する固定部材と、
前記固定部材を、前記ケースに対し、前記軸線に平行な方向に螺合して固定するボルトとを備え、
前記湾曲面は、各部分の曲率の中心が前記ボルト側に位置するように湾曲して前記第1平面に対峙し、
前記湾曲面は、前記アウタレースが一方向又は他の方向に回転しようとした場合にはその回転方向に応じた異なる箇所で前記第1平面と接して該回転を阻止し、いずれの箇所で接した場合でも、前記固定部材に付与される接触荷重の方向が該固定部材に該ボルトの締付け方向のトルクを与える方向となるように構成されていることを特徴とするベアリング固定構造。 - 前記アウタレースに設けられ、前記第1平面に垂直に隣接する第2平面と、
前記固定部材に設けられ、前記湾曲面に隣接し、前記第2平面に対向する第3平面とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベアリング固定構造。 - 前記アウタレースは、前記ケースに設けられた凹部に嵌合されて該ケースに固定されており、前記第3平面は、該アウタレースが該凹部から逸脱するのを規制していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベアリング固定構造。
- 前記固定部材が前記ボルトの締付け方向に所定の範囲を越えて回転するのを阻止する回転阻止部材を前記ケースに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のベアリング固定構造。
