Description
前記熱硬化性樹脂、又は前記繊維樹脂混合物について、硬化反応が生じる成形温度に達してからの経過時間と、動的粘弾性測定によって得られる損失角δとの関係を求め、該関係に基づいて、前記損失角δが最大値に達した以降に0.55〜1.57radとなる前記経過時間の範囲を加圧開始範囲として求める工程と、
前記繊維樹脂混合物を加熱して前記成形温度とし、前記経過時間が、前記加圧開始範囲にあるときに前記繊維樹脂混合物の加圧を開始する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 無機強化繊維と熱硬化性樹脂とを含む繊維樹脂混合物を加熱及び加圧して成形する繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、
前記熱硬化性樹脂、又は前記繊維樹脂混合物について、硬化反応が生じる成形温度に達してからの経過時間と、動的粘弾性測定によって得られる損失角δとの関係を求め、該関係に基づいて、前記損失角δが最大値に達した以降に0.55〜1.57radとなる前記経過時間の範囲を加圧開始範囲として求める工程と、
前記繊維樹脂混合物を加熱して前記成形温度とし、前記経過時間が、前記加圧開始範囲にあるときに前記繊維樹脂混合物の加圧を開始する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記熱硬化性樹脂としてエポキシ樹脂を用いることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記無機強化繊維として炭素繊維又はガラス繊維を用いることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。
