Description
(式中、ΔHiは、開始温度から予測完全硬化温度(上記の例では225℃)まで加熱された未硬化樹脂によって発生する熱量であり、ΔHeは、225℃で完全に硬化するまで加熱された試験サンプルによって発生する熱量である)。
i)材料(プリプレグ)の型への供給(レイアップ:laying up);
ii)硬化反応;及び
iii)硬化した製品の型からの取り出し。
1)硬化前の粘着性のドウ様の稠度
2)室温での低い反応性
3)150℃で2時間以内の加熱後の高い硬化度。
(式中、ΔHiは、開始温度から225℃まで加熱された未硬化樹脂によって発生する熱量であり、ΔHeは、225℃で完全に硬化するまで加熱された試験サンプルによって発生する熱量である)。
本発明に包含され得る諸態様は、以下のとおり要約される。
[態様1]
硬化剤を含有するエポキシ樹脂配合物であって、150℃で150秒以内で硬化でき、120℃で4分以内で硬化できて、140℃を超えないTgを有する硬化樹脂を与える上記エポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様2]
硬化時に140℃を下回る温度で20°を下回る位相角を有する、上記態様1に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様3]
位相角が、15°を下回る、上記態様2に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様4]
エポキシ樹脂の重量に対して4から10wt%の1種又は複数の尿素ベースの硬化剤を含む、上記態様1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様5]
7%から10%の硬化作用剤を含む、上記態様1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様6]
硬化作用剤が、ジシアンジアミドである、上記態様5に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様7]
エポキシ樹脂が、少なくとも2の官能基数を有する、上記態様1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様8]
エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、3×10 5 Paから1×10 8 Paの貯蔵弾性率G’及び2×10 6 Paから1×10 8 Paの損失弾性率G”を有する、上記態様1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様9]
エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、5×10 5 Paから1×10 7 Pa・sの複素粘度を有する、上記態様13に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
[態様10]
繊維状強化材と、上記態様1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物とを含むプリプレグ。
[態様11]
未硬化プリプレグの樹脂体積含有率が、プリプレグの15から70体積%の範囲である、上記態様8に記載のプリプレグ。
[態様12]
繊維状強化材が、亀裂の入った、選択的に不連続の、又は連続したフィラメントを含む、上記態様10又は上記態様11に記載のプリプレグ。
[態様13]
フィラメントが、炭素、玄武岩質繊維、グラファイト、ガラス、金属化ポリマー、アラミド、天然繊維、及び/又はそれらの混合物から形成されている、上記態様10から12までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
[態様14]
上記態様10から13までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグの複数層のスタックをレイアップする工程と、前記スタックを硬化させる工程とによる積層構造体の製造方法。
[態様15]
官能基数少なくとも2及びEEW150から1500のエポキシ樹脂を含有し、硬化剤を含有するプリプレグスタックであって、前記樹脂が、150℃の外部適用温度によって150秒以内で硬化できて、140℃を超えないTgを有する硬化樹脂を与える上記プリプレグスタック。
[態様16]
エポキシ樹脂配合物が、硬化時に140℃以下の温度で20°未満の位相角を有する、上記態様15に記載のプリプレグスタック。
[態様17]
上記態様15又は上記態様16に記載のプリプレグスタックが硬化された硬化プリプレグスタックを含む積層構造体。
Claims (12)
- エポキシ樹脂配合物の重量に対して7重量%から10重量%の硬化作用剤、及びエポキシ樹脂の重量に対して4重量%から10重量%の1種以上の尿素ベースの硬化剤を含有するエポキシ樹脂配合物であって、
この硬化作用剤が、ジシアンジアミドであり、このエポキシ樹脂が、少なくとも2の官能性を有し、
この1種以上の尿素ベースの硬化剤が、2,6トルエンビスジメチル尿素及び2,4トルエンビスジメチル尿素から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
150℃で150秒以内で硬化でき、120℃で4分以内で硬化できて、140℃を超えないTgを有する硬化樹脂を与える上記エポキシ樹脂配合物。 - 硬化時に140℃を下回る温度で20°を下回る位相角を有する、請求項1に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 位相角が、15°を下回る、請求項2に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、3×105Paから1×108Paの貯蔵弾性率G’及び2×106Paから1×108Paの損失弾性率G”を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、5×105Pa・sから1×107Pa・sの複素粘度を有する、請求項4に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 繊維状強化材と、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物とを含むプリプレグ。
- 未硬化プリプレグの樹脂体積含有率が、プリプレグの15から70体積%の範囲である、請求項6に記載のプリプレグ。
- 繊維状強化材が、亀裂の入った、選択的に不連続の、又は連続したフィラメントを含む、請求項6又は請求項7に記載のプリプレグ。
- フィラメントが、炭素、玄武岩質繊維、グラファイト、ガラス、アラミド、天然繊維、又はそれらの混合物から形成されている、請求項6から8までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項6から9までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグの複数層のスタックをレイアップする工程と、前記スタックを硬化させる工程とによる積層構造体の製造方法。
- 請求項6から9までのいずれか一項に記載の上記プリプレグのスタック。
- 請求項11に記載のプリプレグスタックが硬化された硬化プリプレグスタックを含む積層構造体。
