Claims (6)
- 二次元のブランクから三次元成型品を製造するための方法であって、
少なくとも2つのブランクの積層体を提供するステップであって、各ブランクは、強化用繊維材料と液状又は粒状のエポキシ樹脂材料とを含む疑似等方性の細断された成型コンパウンドを、細断された一方向テープのチップがランダムに配向した形態で含む、前記提供するステップと、
成形及び圧縮時に突起が形成されるべき箇所の最上部又は最下部のブランクの少なくとも一部を除去して、前記ブランクの表面にスリット又は切れ目の形態の凹部を形成し、圧縮成型の間に前記表面の前記成型コンパウンドの流れを圧縮成型用金型のキャビティ内に向ける、除去するステップと、
除去された部分がガイドとして機能する条件で前記3次元成形品を圧縮成型するように設計された金型内で前記ブランクの積層体を成型し、それにより、前記成形コンパウンドは、最上層又は最下層内の除去された領域及び三次元構造を画定する前記金型の領域に流入して、前記3次元成形品を製造するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記キャビティは1つ以上の凹部を有し、該凹部に前記成型コンパウンドが前記ガイドによって導かれる、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記強化用繊維材料は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、又はアラミドである、請求項1または請求項2に記載された方法。
- チップは、35〜50重量%の樹脂を含有する、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された方法。
- 前記圧縮成型は、等温条件で成型するステップを含む段階的プロセスを含む、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された方法。
- 前記圧縮成型は、5100kPa〜13800kPaの範囲の圧力、80℃〜205℃の範囲の温度で、2〜45分間成型するステップを含む、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された方法。
