i)材料(プリプレグ)の型への供給(レイアップ:laying up);
ii)硬化反応;及び
iii)硬化した製品の型からの取り出し。
1)硬化前の粘着性のドウ様の稠度
2)室温での低い反応性
3)150℃で2時間以内の加熱後の高い硬化度。
(式中、ΔHiは、開始温度から225℃まで加熱された未硬化樹脂によって発生する熱量であり、ΔHeは、225℃で完全に硬化するまで加熱された試験サンプルによって発生する熱量である)。
Claims (17)
- 硬化剤を含有するエポキシ樹脂配合物であって、150℃で150秒以内で硬化でき、120℃で4分以内で硬化できて、140℃を超えないTgを有する硬化樹脂を与える上記エポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 硬化時に140℃を下回る温度で20°を下回る位相角を有する、請求項1に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 位相角が、15°を下回る、請求項2に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂の重量に対して4から10wt%の1種又は複数の尿素ベースの硬化剤を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 7%から10%の硬化作用剤を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 硬化作用剤が、ジシアンジアミドである、請求項5に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂が、少なくとも2の官能基数を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、3×105Paから1×108Paの貯蔵弾性率G’及び2×106Paから1×108Paの損失弾性率G”を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- エポキシ樹脂が、20℃の温度で、5×105Paから1×107Pa・sの複素粘度を有する、請求項13に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物。
- 繊維状強化材と、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のエポキシ樹脂配合物とを含むプリプレグ。
- 未硬化プリプレグの樹脂体積含有率が、プリプレグの15から70体積%の範囲である、請求項8に記載のプリプレグ。
- 繊維状強化材が、亀裂の入った、選択的に不連続の、又は連続したフィラメントを含む、請求項10又は請求項11に記載のプリプレグ。
- フィラメントが、炭素、玄武岩質繊維、グラファイト、ガラス、金属化ポリマー、アラミド、天然繊維、及び/又はそれらの混合物から形成されている、請求項10から12までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項10から13までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグの複数層のスタックをレイアップする工程と、前記スタックを硬化させる工程とによる積層構造体の製造方法。
- 官能基数少なくとも2及びEEW150から1500のエポキシ樹脂を含有し、硬化剤を含有するプリプレグスタックであって、前記樹脂が、150℃の外部適用温度によって150秒以内で硬化できて、140℃を超えないTgを有する硬化樹脂を与える上記プリプレグスタック。
- エポキシ樹脂配合物が、硬化時に140℃以下の温度で20°未満の位相角を有する、請求項15に記載のプリプレグスタック。
- 請求項15又は請求項16に記載のプリプレグスタックが硬化された硬化プリプレグスタックを含む積層構造体。
