Abstract
Description
少なくとも前記検査対象部位に対し所定の光を照射する照射手段と、
前記照射手段から光の照射された前記検査対象部位を撮像可能な撮像手段と、
予め設定された輝度閾値を用いて、前記撮像手段により得られた画像から前記検査対象部位における欠陥の有無を検出することで、前記検査対象部位の良否を判定する良否判定手段と、
前記良否判定手段により良判定される良品画像に対し、仮想的な欠陥画像を配置してなる検証用画像を作成する検証用画像作成手段と、
前記撮像手段により得られた画像に代えて、前記検証用画像を用いて、前記良否判定手段により前記検査対象部位の良否を判定させ、その判定結果に基づき、前記輝度閾値を検証する閾値検証手段とを備え、
前記照射手段は、互いに異なる複数の波長成分の光を照射可能であり、
前記欠陥画像の輝度は、互いに異なる複数の波長成分毎に撮像した前記良品画像におけるその部位の輝度を基準に、前記各波長成分の光に応じてそれぞれ独立して設定されることを特徴とする検査装置。
前記良品画像における自身の配置される部位の輝度を基準とし、当該輝度よりも低い輝度に設定される暗欠陥画像と、
前記良品画像における自身の配置される部位の輝度を基準とし、当該輝度よりも高い輝度に設定される明欠陥画像とを含むことを特徴とする手段1に記載の検査装置。
Claims (4)
- 容器フィルムに形成されたポケット部に対し内容物が収容されるとともに、前記ポケット部を塞ぐように前記容器フィルムに対しカバーフィルムが取着されてなるPTPシートの製造過程において、PTPシート又は最終的にPTPシートとなる部位のうち、所定の検査対象部位の検査を行うための検査装置であって、
少なくとも前記検査対象部位に対し所定の光を照射する照射手段と、
前記照射手段から光の照射された前記検査対象部位を撮像可能な撮像手段と、
予め設定された輝度閾値を用いて、前記撮像手段により得られた画像から前記検査対象部位における欠陥の有無を検出することで、前記検査対象部位の良否を判定する良否判定手段と、
前記良否判定手段により良判定される良品画像に対し、仮想的な欠陥画像を配置してなる検証用画像を作成する検証用画像作成手段と、
前記撮像手段により得られた画像に代えて、前記検証用画像を用いて、前記良否判定手段により前記検査対象部位の良否を判定させ、その判定結果に基づき、前記輝度閾値を検証する閾値検証手段とを備え、
前記照射手段は、互いに異なる複数の波長成分の光を照射可能であり、
前記欠陥画像の輝度は、互いに異なる複数の波長成分毎に撮像した前記良品画像におけるその部位の輝度を基準に、前記各波長成分の光に応じてそれぞれ独立して設定されることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 前記欠陥画像は、
前記良品画像における自身の配置される部位の輝度を基準とし、当該輝度よりも低い輝度に設定される暗欠陥画像と、
前記良品画像における自身の配置される部位の輝度を基準とし、当該輝度よりも高い輝度に設定される明欠陥画像とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査装置。 - 前記欠陥画像は、前記良品画像における自身の配置される部位の輝度を基準とし、当該輝度よりも低い輝度に設定されるとともに、その中央から外側に向けて徐々に輝度が高くなるものとされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の検査装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置を備えることを特徴とするPTP包装機。
