Description
Claims (2)
- 高圧燃料ポンプから加圧された燃料が供給される燃料通路が内部に形成されたメインパイプと、このメインパイプに一体的に固着されて燃料噴射弁が液密に挿入される噴射弁挿入穴を有する複数の噴射弁ソケットと、前記メインパイプに一体的に固着されて同メインパイプをエンジンに取り付けるための取付孔を有した複数のブラケットとを備えた直噴エンジン用高圧燃料デリバリパイプアセンブリであって、
前記噴射弁ソケットは前記メインパイプの側面に形成された平面部に一体的に固着され、
前記各ブラケットは、板金を塑性加工したものであり、前記取付孔を形成した取付板部に前記噴射弁ソケットの下部が挿通される挿通孔を形成して、前記噴射弁ソケットの下縁に形成した外側に広がる鍔部の上面を前記挿通孔の周縁部下面に固着させるとともに、前記メインパイプの長手方向にて前記噴射弁ソケットの両側で前記取付板部の一側縁から上方に延びる一対の固定腕部を前記メインパイプの少なくとも前記平面部及び上面に固着し、前記取付孔の中心線を前記噴射弁ソケットの中心線に対して前記メインパイプの長手方向にオフセットさせ、前記取付板部の前記取付孔を形成した部分と前記挿通孔を形成した部分との間には前記メインパイプの長手方向にて互いに上下に高さを変える段部を形成したことを特徴とする直噴エンジン用高圧燃料デリバリパイプアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の直噴エンジン用高圧燃料デリバリパイプアセンブリにおいて、
前記取付板部には前記固定腕部を形成した側と反対側の他側縁を上下方向に折曲させた補強部を形成したことを特徴とする直噴エンジン用高圧燃料デリバリパイプアセンブリ。
