Description
Claims (10)
- 軸(3)のための孔(2)を有する複数の機能要素(4)を備えた複合配置物を上記軸(3)上の所定の位置角に組み付ける組付装置(1)であって、それぞれの機能要素(4)に適応する保持装置(5)を有する組付装置(1)において、
上記保持装置(5)は、鉛直線(7)上に上記機能要素(4)の孔(2)があるように、鉛直に並んで配置され、
上記機能要素(4)と軸(3)との接合が鉛直方向に行われるように、鉛直方向に移動可能な誘導スライド(8)が設けられ、
少なくとも2つの上記機能要素(4)を同時に加熱可能なように別々の位置に配置された複数の加熱装置(9)が設けられ、
把持装置(10)によって、少なくとも2つの、好ましくは全ての結合されることになっている上記機能要素(4)は、一緒に上記加熱装置(9)から取り外されることが可能であると共に、上記組付装置(1)の保持装置(5)に導かれることが可能である
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項1に記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記保持装置(5)は、
それぞれの上記機能要素(4)を上記軸(3)上の位置角に対応する位置角に固定する型を有する支持具又は
結合動作の間、それぞれの機能要素(4)を固定する組立把持具(6)を備えている
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項2に記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記把持装置(10)の把持具(11)及び/又は上記組立把持具(6)は、少なくとも一部が、誘導加熱不能な材料、特にセラミック又は、冷やされることが可能である材料からなる
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記加熱装置(9)は、互いに独立して制御されることが可能である少なくとも2つの誘導コイル(12)である
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項2に記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記型は、正確な角度で受け入れられるように、少なくとも部分的に上記機能要素(4,4a)に対応する凹部形状を有する
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記組付装置(1)は、軸受枠(15)又はシリンダヘッドカバーを支持するための支持装置(14)を有する
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
上記加熱装置(9)は、加熱され得る上記機能要素(4)を載置し得る保持用張り出し部(13)を有し、
上記保持用張り出し部(13)は、少なくとも部分的に誘導加熱不能な材料、特にセラミック又は、冷やされることが可能である材料からなる
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の複合配置物の組付装置において、
それぞれの上記保持装置(5)が、少なくとも2つの異なる保持位置を切り換えることができるように、可動であり、
上記少なくとも2つの異なる保持位置のうちの1つは、上記機能要素(4)の孔(2)が上記鉛直線(7)に載るように、上記保持装置(5)を位置決めする
ことを特徴とする複合配置物の組付装置。 - 上記請求項1から8のいずれか1つの複合配置物の組付装置(1)を用いた、上記軸(3)に該軸(3)のための孔(2)を有するいくつかの機能要素(4)を熱結合する方法において、
少なくとも2つの機能要素(4)は、上記把持装置(10)によって、上記加熱装置(9)に一緒に導かれ、
上記少なくとも2つの機能要素(4)は、上記加熱装置(9)において加熱され、
上記少なくとも2つの機能要素(4)は、上記把持装置(10)によって、上記加熱装置(9)から一緒に取り外されて、上記組付装置(1)の保持装置(5)に導かれ、
上記保持装置(5)は、上記機能要素(4)の孔(2)が共通の実質的に鉛直な鉛直線(7)の上に載るように位置決めされ、
上記軸(3)は、上記機能要素(4)の孔(2)を通して上方から鉛直方向に移動可能な誘導スライド(8)により押され、
上記軸(3)に上記機能要素(4)を固定する温度の均一化が行われ、
上記軸(3)は、該軸(3)の上に固定した機能要素(4)と共に、上記組付装置(1)から取り出される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
上記保持装置(5)は、上記孔(2)が上記共通の実質的に鉛直な鉛直線(7)に載るように、上記軸(3)の導入の前に、単に直接、機能要素(4)を位置決めする
ことを特徴とする方法。
