Description
前記複数の係合要素(C1,C2,C3,C4,B1,B2)のうちの所定の係合要素(B2)は、2つの作動油室(74,83)を備え、当該2つの作動油室(74,83)の少なくとも一方に係合圧(PSL6,PL)が給排されることにより係脱可能な係合要素であり、
前記2つの作動油室(74,83)の両方に係合圧(PSL6,PL)を供給して前記所定の係合要素(B2)を係合し第1の変速段(1st)を達成した状態から、前記所定の係合要素(B2)以外の係合要素を掴み換えて第2の変速段(3rd)へ変速する際に、前記第1の変速段(1st)を達成した状態に比べて、前記2つの作動油室(74,83)の一方への係合圧(PL)の供給を低減する制御部(11)を備え、
前記制御部(11)は、掴み換えによる変速が完了した場合に、前記2つの作動油室(74,83)の一方への係合圧(PL)の供給の低減を中止し、当該2つの作動油室(74,83)の一方への係合圧(PL)を上昇させることを特徴とする。
また、本発明に係る自動変速機(1)の油圧制御装置(10)は(例えば図1及び図4乃至図7参照)、複数の係合要素(C1,C2,C3,C4,B1,B2)を有し、少なくとも2つを選択的に同時係合することにより複数の変速段を達成可能な自動変速機(1)の油圧制御装置(10)であって、前記複数の係合要素(C1,C2,C3,C4,B1,B2)のうちの所定の係合要素(B2)は、2つの作動油室(74,83)を備え、当該2つの作動油室(74,83)の少なくとも一方に係合圧(PSL6,PL)が給排されることにより係脱可能な係合要素であり、前記2つの作動油室(74,83)の両方に係合圧(PSL6,PL)を供給して前記所定の係合要素(B2)を係合し第1の変速段(1st)を達成した状態から、前記所定の係合要素(B2)以外の係合要素を掴み換えて第2の変速段(3rd)へ変速する際に、前記第1の変速段(1st)を達成した状態に比べて、前記2つの作動油室(74,83)の一方への係合圧(PL)の供給を低減する制御部(11)を備え、前記第1の変速段(1st)から前記第2の変速段(3rd)への変速は、アクセル開度が所定値より小さい状態での変速であることを特徴とする。
ここで、コーストダウン時、あるいはオフアップ変速時のようにアクセル開度が所定値以下の場合は、エンジントルクが小さく当該油圧サーボにより係合される係合要素に要求されるトルク容量は比較的小さくなるので、一方の作動油室への係合圧の供給を遮断しても問題は無い。また、係合圧の供給を遮断しなくても車両の減速度が十分に小さい場合にまで係合圧の供給を遮断する必要が無くなるので、不要な動作を抑制し、バルブ、係合要素、油圧サーボ等の長寿命化を図ることができる。

Claims (9)
- 複数の係合要素を有し、少なくとも2つを選択的に同時係合することにより複数の変速段を達成可能な自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記複数の係合要素のうちの所定の係合要素は、2つの作動油室を備え、当該2つの作動油室の少なくとも一方に係合圧が給排されることにより係脱可能な係合要素であり、
前記2つの作動油室の両方に係合圧を供給して前記所定の係合要素を係合し第1の変速段を達成した状態から、前記所定の係合要素以外の係合要素を掴み換えて第2の変速段へ変速する際に、前記第1の変速段を達成した状態に比べて、前記2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧の供給を低減する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、掴み換えによる変速が完了した場合に、前記2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧の供給の低減を中止し、当該2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧を上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 複数の係合要素を有し、少なくとも2つを選択的に同時係合することにより複数の変速段を達成可能な自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記複数の係合要素のうちの所定の係合要素は、2つの作動油室を備え、当該2つの作動油室の少なくとも一方に係合圧が給排されることにより係脱可能な係合要素であり、
前記2つの作動油室の両方に係合圧を供給して前記所定の係合要素を係合し第1の変速段を達成した状態から、前記所定の係合要素以外の係合要素を掴み換えて第2の変速段へ変速する際に、前記第1の変速段を達成した状態に比べて、前記2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧の供給を低減する制御部を備え、
前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段への変速は、アクセル開度が所定値より小さい状態での変速である、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、掴み換えによる変速が完了した場合に、前記2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧の供給の低減を中止し、当該2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧を上昇させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段への変速は、アクセル開度が所定値より小さい状態での変速である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記2つの作動油室の両方に係合圧を供給して前記所定の係合要素を係合し前記第1の変速段を達成した状態から、前記所定の係合要素以外の係合要素を掴み換えて前記第2の変速段へ変速する際に、前記第1の変速段を達成した状態と同様に、前記2つの作動油室の他方への係合圧の供給を維持する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記2つの作動油室の一方への係合圧の供給と遮断とを切り換える遮断機構と、
前記2つの作動油室の他方への係合圧を調圧して供給するソレノイドバルブと、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記所定の係合要素は、前記2つの作動油室の他方としての第1の作動油室と、前記第1の作動油室の外周側に配置される前記2つの作動油室の一方としての第2の作動油室と、を有するブレーキである、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記遮断機構は、
信号圧を出力可能なソレノイドバルブと、
係合圧が入力される入力ポートと、前記2つの作動油室の一方に接続される出力ポートと、前記入力ポート及び前記出力ポートを連通する連通位置と前記入力ポート及び前記出力ポートを遮断する遮断位置とに切換可能なスプールと、前記スプールを前記遮断位置に付勢する付勢部材と、前記信号圧が入力されることにより前記スプールを前記付勢部材に抗して前記連通位置に付勢する油室と、を有する切換えバルブと、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記所定の係合要素は、少なくとも前後進の各発進段を達成する場合に係合される係合要素である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
