Description
ず、凸側ダボの先端が凹側ダボと凹側ダボとの間の凸部平面に当接し、スリーブとギヤとが相対滑りを生じながら、または同期して回転する虞がある。このとき、特許文献1に示す従来技術では、その対策として、駆動モータを作動させた後、まず駆動モータの回転角、即ちスリーブの作動ストロークを検出している。そして、検出した作動ストロークが、スリーブが完全にギヤに係合した時の所定ストロークに達し得ない場合には、スリーブとギヤとは係合していないと判定し、再突入制御(リトライ制御)を行なうようにしている。再突入制御とは、駆動モータによるスリーブの移動トルクを一時的に減じ、スリーブとギヤとの間に相対回転を生じさせ、その後、再度所定トルクを加えて凹側ダボへの再突入を試みる制御である。そして、凸側ダボと凹側ダボとが同位相となった瞬間に、再度スリーブに所定トルクを加えて移動させ、凸側ダボを凹側ダボへ突入させるものである。これによって、スリーブとギヤとを係合させ一体回転させることができる。
スリーブは、減速されることなく、速やかにスリーブの高歯の側面はクラッチ前歯の側面に当たり、スリーブの高歯はそのクラッチ歯溝に対面することとなって、スリーブはクラッチ歯溝の位相に合い易い状態で、スリーブは押付力を再付加されるので、スリーブはクラッチ歯溝に係合し易く、リトライ制御を効果的に行なうことができる。
式駆動装置でもよい。また、回転駆動するモータの動きを直線方向の動きに変換する駆動装置でもよい。

Claims (7)
- 自動変速機の入力シャフトおよび出力シャフトの一方に回転連結され軸線回りに回転可能に軸承された回転軸と、
前記回転軸に回転可能に支承され前記入力シャフトおよび出力シャフトの他方に回転連結されたクラッチリングと、
前記回転軸に前記クラッチリングと隣接して固定されたクラッチハブと、
前記クラッチハブと前記軸線方向に移動可能に嵌合されたスリーブと、
前記クラッチリングの前記スリーブ側に突出して設けられ前記スリーブの軸動に応じて前記スリーブと係脱可能に噛合するドグクラッチ部と、
前記スリーブを前記軸線方向に移動させて前記ドグクラッチ部に押付可能とした軸動装置と、
前記軸動装置を作動させ前記スリーブと前記ドグクラッチ部との係脱を制御する制御部と、を備えた車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置であって、
前記スリーブは、低歯より歯丈が高く形成された複数の高歯を有し、
前記ドグクラッチ部は、前記高歯と対応する位置で前記軸線方向に延在して形成されるとともに外径が前記高歯の内径より大きく前記低歯の内径より小さく前記高歯と同数枚のクラッチ前歯と、前記クラッチ前歯から所定量後退した位置から前記軸線方向に延在して形成されるとともに前記前歯間に複数形成されたクラッチ後歯と、相隣り合う前記クラッ
チ前歯と前記後歯間に形成され、前記スリーブと係合可能なクラッチ歯溝とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記スリーブが前記クラッチ後歯の端面に到達後、前記スリーブの往復動に基づき、前記軸動装置による前記クラッチ後歯への前記スリーブの押付力を低減する押付力低減制御を実行する押付力低減制御部と、前記押付力低減制御の実行後、所定のリトライ条件にて、前記スリーブの押付力を再付加するリトライ制御を実行するリトライ制御部とを有する車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。 - 前記スリーブの往復動は前記スリーブの前記軸線方向への移動量を検出するストロークセンサの出力の変化にて検出する請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
- 前記スリーブの回転数を検出する第1回転数センサを有し、前記リトライ制御部は、シフトアップの場合には前記スリーブの回転数の減速勾配が閾値を超えたことを前記リトライ条件とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
- 前記スリーブの回転数を検出する第1回転数センサと前記クラッチリングの回転数を検出する第2回転数センサとを有し、前記リトライ制御部は、前記スリーブと前記クラッチリングとの回転数差が閾値以下となったことを前記リトライ条件とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
- 前記リトライ制御部は、前記ストロークセンサの出力の増減の回数が、前記クラッチ歯溝数マイナス2以上を前記リトライ条件とする請求項2に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
- 前記スリーブの押付力の低減は、荷重をゼロとした請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
- 前記スリーブの押付力の低減は、前記スリーブが前記クラッチ後歯の端面に押し付けられる状態を維持可能なまでに低減した請求項5に記載の車両用自動変速機の自動変速装置。
