Claims (3)
- 自車両周辺の所定障害物を検知する障害物検知手段と、
前記障害物検知手段により前記所定障害物が検知される場合に、運転者によるアクセル操作により自車両に発生させるべき駆動力を、前記所定障害物が検知されない場合に比べて抑制する駆動力抑制手段と、
自車両の速度を検出する自車速検出手段と、
前記アクセル操作の有無を検出するアクセル操作有無検出手段と、
前記自車速検出手段により検出される前記速度が所定値以下であり、かつ、前記アクセル操作有無検出手段により前記アクセル操作が行われていないと検出される状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、運転者による解除操作が行われると、前記駆動力抑制手段による前記駆動力の抑制を解除する解除手段と、
前記駆動力抑制手段により前記駆動力が抑制されている場合、該駆動力が抑制されている旨を運転者に視覚的又は聴覚的に通知する通知手段と、を備え、
前記通知手段は、前記駆動力抑制手段により前記駆動力が抑制されている旨の警告表示を運転者に向けて行う表示手段を含み、
前記表示手段は、前記警告表示を開始した後、前記自車速検出手段により検出される前記速度が前記所定値以下であり、かつ、前記アクセル操作有無検出手段により前記アクセル操作が行われていないと検出される状態が前記所定時間以上継続した場合に、該警告表示に代えて、前記解除操作に用いられる解除スイッチの表示を運転者に向けて行う
ことを特徴とする車両用支援制御装置。 - 前記駆動力抑制手段は、また、自車両から前記障害物検知手段により検知される前記所定障害物までの距離が短いほど前記駆動力を抑制する抑制度合いを高めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用支援制御装置。
- 自車両周辺の所定障害物を検知する障害物検知手段と、
前記障害物検知手段により前記所定障害物が検知される場合に、運転者によるアクセル操作により自車両に発生させるべき駆動力を、前記所定障害物が検知されない場合に比べて抑制する駆動力抑制手段と、
前記アクセル操作の有無を検出するアクセル操作有無検出手段と、
自車両の速度を検出する自車速検出手段と、
前記アクセル操作有無検出手段により前記アクセル操作が行われていると検出されかつ前記自車速検出手段により検出される前記速度が所定値以下であることが開始されたときから、該速度が該所定値を超えるときまで、自車両がスタックしていると判定するスタック状態判定手段と、
前記スタック状態判定手段により自車両がスタックしていると判定される状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、運転者による解除操作が行われると、前記駆動力抑制手段による前記駆動力の抑制を解除する解除手段と、
前記駆動力抑制手段により前記駆動力が抑制されている場合、該駆動力が抑制されている旨を運転者に視覚的又は聴覚的に通知する通知手段と、を備え、
前記通知手段は、前記駆動力抑制手段により前記駆動力が抑制されている旨の警告表示を運転者に向けて行う表示手段を含み、
前記表示手段は、前記警告表示を開始した後、前記スタック状態判定手段により自車両がスタックしていると判定される状態が前記所定時間以上継続した場合に、該警告表示に代えて、前記解除操作に用いられる解除スイッチの表示を運転者に向けて行う
ことを特徴とする車両用支援制御装置。
