Claims (4)
- 端子部と、前記端子部と隣接する第1のスクライブ線と、前記第1のスクライブ線と垂直に交差し、前記第1のスクライブ線と接続している第2のスクライブ線と、前記第2のスクライブ線に沿って形成されている信号線と、を有する第1基板を有する表示装置であって、
前記端子部は、フレキシブル配線基板用端子と、前記フレキシブル配線基板用端子と接続する第1の配線と、前記信号線と接続する第2の配線と、を有し、
前記第1の配線は、前記フレキシブル配線基板用端子から前記第1のスクライブ線にまで延在し、
前記第2の配線は、前記信号線から前記第2のスクライブ線にまで延在していることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第2の配線は複数存在し、前記第2の配線の一部はフレキシブル配線基板用端子と接続し、前記第2の配線の他の部分はフレキシブル配線基板用端子と接続していないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2の配線は半導体層によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2の配線の一部は、前記第2の配線数の半数であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
